Place is absolute trash I went there with my girls friend

Place is absolute trash I went there with my girls friend because she got into a car accident etc etc now she needs a new car. Well with today's prices cars are absolutely ridiculous. She had a Cadillac srx SUV prior, and now wants a Lexus so she can have luxury and power in one. So we were looking , and came across a few that this dealership had in their lot. So we go up the first day, young kid working by himself on a Sunday so we couldn't test drive the car went back next weyon Monday . Test drove the 2015 Lexus es350 with I think 79k-85k around there. took it for 20 mins or so. Let my girl drive then me as I drove it I have to see if it has lag, skip delay slipping etc. I literally got it to 50 and then punched it and it didn't go anywhere and then straight hit a power and and launched and then smelt like pure rotten eggs ( like a cat ,) so I drove about 20 more mins and come back it still stinks like sulfur and rotten eggs they say it's normal I ask to do s fuel system cleaning let the car run to burnt the gas to refill it take a look at etc if I'm gonna pay 20k for a used car I want it checked He literah looked at.me said I smell nothing , idk what your talking about it's either you want it or you don't. I said your gonna think I'm gonna buy. A 20000$ car and your not even gonna check it for me take care worst place I ever been would never recommend 🖕💯

The staff at Top-End Auto were friendly, professional and

The staff at Top-End Auto were friendly, professional and courteous.For the first time in my life, at age 70, I had a positive vehicle buying experience. My wife and I are loving our used f150 that we purchased a few weeks ago. They went above and beyond what was necessary and took care of some minor issues quickly and more than fairly. I highly recommend them.

The worst experience ever

The service department is the worst. it took three appointments and one full week for them to fix a back up cam. keep in mind I just brought the jeep. the story is long but know they do not care about customers. The service manager is the worst and to boot the owner "Joe" refused to speak to me on several occasions. stay away. Update. 1.10.2021 Made an appointment for a level one service. They promised 1 1/2 - 2 hours tops. 1:45 minutes into the appointment they took the car in. They said .....so sorry....we are busy. I said I made my appointment over a month ago and you knew I was waiting. The response was that I could leave and come back but there is nothing that they could do. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.

VERY HONEST AND RELIABLE TO WORK WITH !

honest and reliable people! its the only dealer i get my cars from. all their cars is serviced and checked prior to selling and i couldn't be more confident about buying a car from them.
