My experience with my service this past week was top notch! I had the opportunity to work with Kyle in service. He was more than pleasing, he kept me abreast of anything and everything that my car was going through in service. his professionalism his character and His integrity are by far superior and definitely a five star rating! The professionalism the overall experience was stellar! The entire service department and dealership was kind compassionate and clean!

Prompt, courteous, friendly. Pleasant waiting room. Clear explanation of work done. Coming to Devon is a very satisfactory experience. We would highly recommend Audi to our friends.

Love how quick and easy it is to drop off my AUDI for service. Any they always offer me something to drink ! Service was finished when they said it would be and a loaner car was available.

Dealing with Bill Finn was a pleasure. Bill is a real professional who cared about me and my Audi and was very patient in answering my million questions. Bill checked on my warranty, plus the manufacturers warranty for fixing some items I needed fixed. I had a loaner, which was perfect and the service was completed in good time. Thank you!

Great experience. They got me checked in and out the door to work in a loaner car quickly. I got a text from Kyle with some issues, so I texted back my response, easy! Picking up my car was just as smooth.

Over the years I purchased seven Audi cars from another dealer and had them serviced there as well.. I found that their attention to detail progressively got worse over the years......I actually researched a problem with my car that was never told to me...I since took my car to another Audi dealer/service and the problem will be fixed at no charge to me ( $3,000.) because it was a recall issue.. Somehow Audi Devon did a more thorough job finding the problem. Lee made my experience at Audi Devon flawless...Andre was great keeping me up to date with the progress.. Audi Devon is the place to go..

It was a very smooth process from check in to pickup. Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional. The loaner vehicle provided was very comfortable and clean. Thank you
