I was in the market for a quality dependable used vehicle, and had stopped at several dealerships in the area. Most of the other dealerships had sales guys who seemed pushy and desperate for the sale. None of them made me feel as comfortable as James and Ray did. James was my salesman, and Ray is the General Manager. James walked me through the process and was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. Ray did my paperwork, and made sure I felt comfortable as well. Their was no pressure or uneasy "let me go talk to my manager and disappear for 20 minutes while you simmer and think about it" nonsense. James did have to get an approval from Ray to finalize the deal, but instead of just going back and forth, Ray said this is the best I can do, and he came out to speak to me personally. It was nice to not have to deal with "the man behind the curtain", and to have a real person with authority to make the deal come out and talk to me. Thank you guys for everything. Definitely do business with these folks, and ask for James!

10/10 would recommend to anyone. I personally dealt with James as my salesman, he was very personable and down to earth and easy to get along with. Matt was the Finance Manager that I worked with, also very personable and friendly. All around it was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle from anywhere. Everyone that I talked to from there was very friendly and helpful. They are very transparent with the cost of everything and even helped me save more money that I wasn't even aware of! They answered all of my questions and concerns and made the process quick and easy as well as enjoyable! Thank you again for all of your help, I will definitely be back for any future car buying needs!!!

Purchased a 2013 BMW 328i from the guys for my daughter. The car was exactly as advertised, the price was exactly as agreed upon (no extra fees!). The whole process was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car, and I am 53 years old!!!

Went in to check out an 08 BMW. Salesman was helpful at this point. After the test drive they brought it to my auto shop. It pulled up 11 bad (and expensive)diag codes,valve cover leaks,bad tires & brakes & more. They said they would work a deal with me,got my social & then never bothered to call me back. Poor service on a bad car. Always take a vehicle to a certified mechanic before you buy.
