I had a great experience buying a car from the salesman Jason J. and Ben the finance guy here. Going from a 10 year old Corolla to a new Camry is a bit of a change. They answered all of my questions, and were really helpful. Jason also helped me set up my phone with the system in the Camry, and walked me through all of the menus on the dash and radio. I would definitely recommend going here and talking to Jason about buying a new car.

David Brinkley is absolutely amazing! David was so kind, patient and accommodating. My vehicle broke down out of the blue and David went above and beyond to not only find me a new vehicle that fit all my needs but also one within my price range. I have been in need of a new vehicle for almost a year now. Every time I went to a dealership, I was bombarded by salesman who just wouldn’t listen to me. They were pushy and unreasonable. Ultimately resulting in me walking out without a purchase. A close friend of mine, Crystal had been telling me about Family Toyota for months and I finally decided to give it a try. The moment I parked, there was a very friendly young man waiting for me. “welcome to the family” he said. It was refreshing feeling like he was simply happy to see me. When I got inside, Mat was waiting for me and already had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up and ready for me to look at and test drive. He listened to me when I talked about features and pricing and never once tried to push me into something that wouldn’t work for me. I was able tom test drive the 2020 Rav 4 and loved it. Because of Covid he was unable to come with me on the test drive but Mat explained every feature to me before I left so that I could get the full experience and understand the vehicle. When I came back, Crystal’s husband Michael was at Mats desk and he helped explain everything about my warranty and service. The finance department was able to get me financed with a lower payment than I had planned on and the process was quick and easy. My overall experience at Family Toyota was by far the best I have ever had at a dealership. Car buying has never been more satisfying. Every employee made me feel like I was part of their family. I have recommended several friends to this dealership since my purchase and will continue to recommend them in the future.

Another awesome experience at Family Toyota of Burleson! They never disappoint. I told Gerrick Compton I wanted a white Hylander Hybrid fully loaded with black interior and he got it for me. The price was amazing too. He always comes through for me.. I did all the paperwork online and came in to finalize all yesterday. I left with the most amazing vehicle. I love it. Its roomy, quiet beautiful, sporty...yes sporty and rides on a cloud. I love all the new features and my 12" screen! I have purchased 4 vehicles from Family Toyota of Burleson and would never buy from anyone else!
