Thomason sales could not have been more assertive during

Thomason sales could not have been more assertive during the initial deal making, to the point of hounding. And when an error occurred with the bill of sale not clearing the States licensing office I could get a single response other than an inappropriate rude text message. Nice truck, but find a better dealer is my advice.

While my purchasing experience years ago was great,

While my purchasing experience years ago was great, dealing with them afterward was a nightmare! We sold our vehicle and were entitled to over $2000 from a refund related to cancellation of a warranty. We respectfully requested cancellation and refund of those funds and were stonewalled by the dealership. We finally had to hire John Gear, Attorney, to pursue the funds. They have supposedly sent a check to our 'lienholder' (even though our truck has been paid off for well over a year due to being sold). Obtaining that check took from April 2024 to July 2025! I do NOT recommend doing business with this dealership. I do NOT recommend trusting them in any way. I DO have extensive documentation to support every statement I have made. I can say that one of the owners was aware of the issue due to us communicating with him directly, with no different results. It was only when we hired the attorney that we even got them to respond to us.

I had a great buying experience with Thomason Ford.

I had a great buying experience with Thomason Ford. Connor, Rich, and James were incredibly helpful and made the buying process stress-free. Connor went above and beyond to help me sort through my choices including researching options and packages. I ended up leaving with the Bronco I always wanted at a great interest rate - better than my credit union offered me! Thank you, Thomason Ford!

My experience was horrible!

My experience was horrible! Purchased a used truck and shortly after discovered evidence that the vehicle was in a possible flood or other type of water/mud situation and cost over $8000 to have repairs done. The owner of Thomason Ford was extremely cruel about the whole matter. Buyer Beware!!

They don't care and just want to make a sale.

In August, we discovered that some individuals had taken advantage of our disabled veteran father, who has dementia. They purchased a car in April they could not afford and coerced him into signing the loan, claiming he was their father, these people are acquaintances, no relation what-so-ever! Thomason did not do their due diligence and overnighted the paperwork to him to sign as a co-borrower, no witnesses, no notary. Had his caregiver not noticed the delinquent notices he began receiving in the mail, we would not have known about this fraud. The state has found these people guilty of elder abuse and the police are actively pursuing charges. The investigation department at the credit union tried to reach out to one of the owners of Thomason and he cussed the gentleman at the credit union out, telling him that these people cant afford the car, and this is all a scheme to get out of the responsibility and give the car back. That knee jerk reaction indicates that either you are culpable or uninformed. Thomason FORD - Maybe instead of sticking your head in the sand you should get all the facts!! THE STATE has found these people guilty of defrauding an elderly person! There is an active fraud case against these people! This disabled veteran has been fleeced for over $35,000 which has wrecked his credit and may effect his ability to get the care and resources he needs in the future. I am hugely disappointed in your unprofessional approach to assisting the credit union (and us) with the injustice committed by these people. I had hoped that a local business, that claims it cares about the community, would show more empathy and understanding.

Thomason Ford is the best

Very excited about my new Jeep

I recently purchased a vehicle from this place I would highly recommend it I worked with Jesse Salcido these guys made my dream come true always wanted a SRT jeep and Thomason Ford helped me accomplish this thanks to everyone involved with my purchase.
