I bought a highlander a year ago from Dan. He is the best!!! The entire transaction took under an hour. He is trustworthy, and I have recommended him to friends and family. I will look no further when car shopping. He is what you expect from a dealer but with better prices and no shenanigans. He restored my faith in car sellers. I talked to Dan on Thursday and I had interest in a Honda Pilot I saw on the website.. He told me it was getting painted and fixed up and would call me when it was ready to sell. Dan contacted me later that day and said it was ready, and when would I be available to come down? I told him Saturday, he said just contact him before coming to make sure it wasn't sold. I contacted Dan he confirmed the vehicle was still there and he told me to come on down ..it was ready! Dan was so nice and enthusiastic over the phone. When I got there boy did that change. He was very short with me and rude. He told me I could not take the car for a test drive he had to take pictures to put on the website and he didn't want to get it dirty. The person I talked to was so excited to show me the car and when he saw me he totally changed. I am not one to holla racism but in this incident, I will. I am a black woman, I have never been so mistreated in all my life. I was so hurt when I left. Dan didn't want to sell me a car because of the color of my skin.

I went down to check out a used Jetta after checking out some other used vehicles at other businesses. After checking the car out and giving it a test drive I could immediately tell Better Buys Auto takes pride in their business. Dan gave me a list of things he fixed up on the car before posting it for sale, you won't find that consideration at most used car places. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dan. I just bought a terrific car for my son, and was impressed with his selection and the condition of his vehicles. He goes through his cars very thoroughly and has a great mechanic who takes care of any issues so they're CLEAN before he puts them on the lot. He was fair, honest, and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions, and had a lot of very helpful suggestions on car maintenance and what to expect from the vehicle. My son thought he was a great guy and enjoyed the entire experience, but the best part was that he got a great car at a very fair price. I'm going back for myself . I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

Buyers, be aware! Dan is charging F U fee, $500. Looking to buy 2000 Kia Sedone. Price was reasonable. Was told by Dan that we need to call in advance to make sure he is on location. Drive for an hour and a half, and inspected the vehicle. I was ready to buy it with cash. Price went up by $500. Why? F U, that's why. What a waste of my day.

From start to finish Dan at Best buy's was great he knew everything about the car and was very friendly. When it came time to do the paperwork he made everything very clear explaining everything and making it painless and easy. It was honestly the best experience buying a car I ever had there was no pressure just a very relaxed clean business setting with great people. I've been telling everyone if you need a car go see Dan at Best Buy's auto. He will do all he can to get you the best deal on the car your looking for and you won't find a cleaner low mileage great running car for the prices he has. PERIOD!!

Just bought a 2012 Nissan Murano Platinum from Dan at Better Buys Auto and wanted to let people know about the experience. From start to finish, Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a painless process at Better Buys. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I found a great vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership.
