Amazing experience!!! The team here helped me from A to Z with my limited credit and fixed income situation. I was turned away by every other dealership. They really helped my in my time of need. I can’t thank them enough!!!

I rarely leave reviews even for businesses i like and respect but i wanted to leave one for Arizona Best Cars because they are worth leaving a 5 star review for. I went there based on the many many positive reviews and i understand why they get so many 5 star reviews. I initially went there to test drive the Genesis G70 and Kia K5 they had on the lot and after test driving both I was leaning towards the Kia but wasnt completely convinced that it was the right car for me. Michael then showed me the owner's Maserati Ghibli that he was selling on the lot and after sitting in it and taking it for a quick test drive i knew that was the car I wanted. Even though that car was more expensive than the other 2 cars i was interested in Michael got me incredible financing that made the payment very affordable. He was able to get me a lower interest rate on a used Maserati than my regular credit union was able to offer me on a new car. Initially i was going to trade in my BMW but the next day i decided i wanted to sell it and i contacted Michael again and he agreed to buy my BMW for the price i was asking which is incredible service. The customer service here is amazing, they care about their customers which is a trait that is missing in just about every used car dealership today. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if i could give them a 10 star rating i would.

Very unprofessional people nothing but lies from beginning to end they said the car was flawless which nor true both front tires bad bad front lights broken parts when I called to talk about it they said they sold the car too cheap $30k and $400 for transportation Phoenix to Las Vegas

needed a van for my son i went online and looked at their inventory there was a 2019 dodge van at a very reasonable price. i bought with out going to phoenix i am in tucson . Ben and albert made it very easy for me , handled all the paperwork by internet (EMAIL) other than me screwing up once ,they were very kind and helpful. we had the van delivered have driven it for few dayys and am very satisfied with the results.

Arizona Best Cars, lives up to their name. Good quality used cars sold by a family owned dealership. They operate with integrity, and are very pleasant to deal with. We looked at our Ford Escape in the morning and they delivered it to our home that evening. The car needed a new windshield and was replaced as promised. So far so good we are very pleased with our Escape. I would certainly purchase from them again. Thank you Arizona Best Cars. You're the best! :)

Best thing in car business since sliced bread. lol No seriously, I had a bad experience at Mark Kia Scottsdale trying to sell me a Lemon. Immediately contacted Arizona Best Cars and explained the situation. I was in a new Mercedes within the hour. Better deal, better car, newer model, etc. I highly recommend this dealership and will be buying all my cars from this location. Thank you Albert!
