After having owned our vehicle for a little over 3 months, we took it to Express for an oil change. While they were servicing our car they discovered that the manifold was cracked and contacted the warranty company and were informed that wasn’t covered but Wholesale place led us to believe that everything was covered. Express also told us that the AC compressor is weak and will eventually have to be replaced. We have a high loan interest rate so we contacted our credit union to refinance for a lower rate and lower monthly payments only to find out that we’re actually upside down on the loan. We didn’t get the great deal we thought we did thanks to the blatant lies by the salesman. We thought he was helpful at first, but now realize his friendliness and compliments were just part of his salesman game. I hate being lied to and taken advantage of- I would not deceive anyone the way they did us. I DO NOT recommend West Alabama Wholesale. Wish we could take the car back, get all our money back including the nice down payment we made. We for sure would go somewhere else and will never purchase another vehicle here again.

I purchased a Lemon that broke down on my son 350 miles from home 21 days after purchase!!! Transmission completely gone. Geo did me wrong they refused to help me. Now I’m stuck with 2013 charger with no transmission!!!!!!

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with bought a car from them we stare salesman Derrick and surely this was a great car to get me back and forth to work. The car broke down with then two weeks start running bad within 2 days. I attempted to call them several time asking for the general manager or someone that can help me with this problem they kept putting it off staying to me that they would call me back once they figure out what's wrong with the car 4 days later no one could tell me what was wrong with the car. I wouldn't send a dog to purchase a vehicle from them. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle this is definitely not the place to go for they do not give you your down payment back it is a non-refundable fee so at the end of the day you are out of money and out of a vehicle and they are nonchalant clearly do not care about their customers.

I was looking for a car for my son but they never called me back. They have a lot of really cheap priced cars though.
