Delores potential new car buyer

I Received a letter from the dealer to test drive a car...I made an app. and drove a Rio. A nice car ..the manager was very pushey saying well are you ready to purchase ? I said I will have to see the figures before I make any decision.....he returned said why do u want to trade ur car? I said I didnt know if i wanted to...yet then he said i will give you $500.00 trade in on your 2006 Kia Reo . I said "you gotta be kidding"...i got up and tried to leave they still had my keys, I ask for them. then another manager came up and said "just what do you want for your car"? off the top of my head I said at least $3000.00 then he said ok ...and then the old head game started... I said youre very insulting...I see why the dealership was void of any other customers the entire time i was there.by the way the letter said $25.00 toward service on any car,,I didnt get that either!!!!

Kia is the way to go!

It has been a while since I was in the market for a new car, but I am happy that I visitied Camelback Kia first! They not only have a great prooduct but outstanding staff as well!!!

Worth the Drive!

I took my time shopping for a new car because I wanted to make sure I got the best deal. After negotiating with some dealerships closer to where I live, I decided to try Camelback Kia. They beat the other guys deal and threw in a service contract. I am happy I took the drive to see these guys. They were great

Best deals and great people

I had been searching for a new Optima for a while when I visited Camelback Kia. The other dealerships I visited were shady and kept giving me different prices and changing their stories. Camelback Kia gave me the best deal and were straight forward the whole time. I would recommend Mike and the staff at the dealership to anyone.

If you are in the market for a new car, Jon is the guy to go see at Camelback Kia. He was very knowledgeable and took great care of us throughout the whole process. The staff here was second to none and Kia has really stepped their game up.

I was happy with the customer service and appreciation that I received at camelback kia. they were very helpful, friendly and gave me the best deal I found on my new sorento. they even offered a low cost maintenance package which I was happy to have.

Ask for John

John was a great sales representative, assisted me in the buying process and helped me get my needs met. He was also able to educate me on the many features the new cars have to offer. The other staff was equally as helpful. I am happy I visited Camelback Kia.

tend to keep cars 10 -15 years, and I've been to every corner of Maricopa County to test drive cars over the last 3 to 4 years looking for my next vehicle. Sometimes the perfect car is not at the perfect dealership. Other times the perfect dealership doesn't have a car that you want. I've driven multiple times all the way from Ahwatukee to Phoenix to meet with Internet manager Kevin who had the perfect car for me... we just had to arrange the perfect price.
