my 1-star negative review about fraud was deleted.

James and John both lied about the condition of the car and had Bentley dealership lie about the pre-purchase inspection. Car was completely rusted and corroded on the undercarriage, tires and spare were originally on car when new, 7 years old and should have been replaced, carpets were replaced with shoddy ones, spray painted rear carpets with overspray on rear wood center console, right rear door locks inoperable, windshield cracked near VIN label, window washer warning light revealed washer system inoperable, both master keys missing (only valet key provided), left front end, left headlight, left front wheel and hood repainted from presumed crash damage which was not disclosed, radio inoperable from remote provided, rear license plate mounting stripped out of upper right mounting hole, two wheel covers corroded beyond repair. Flying B hood ornament was replaced with Bentley badge on front cowl. Car showed extensive water damage on floor underneath replacement carpeting, which was attached with Velcro fastener. Bentley dealer provided 120-point pre-purchase inspection prior to purchase which did not disclose any of the above defects. Multiple emails and text messages went without reply to both John M and James. Multiple telephone calls were not taken, messages not returned. This dealer has been dishonest in every regard. Purchased based on pre-purchase inspection and subsequently signed "As Is" agreement, so I may have no recourse. Pre-purchase inspection done by Braman in Florida, which disavows any knowledge of rust and corrosion damage. Pictures of undercarriage show rust and corrosion was extensive, leading up to coil springs. Tailpipe fasteners at rear completely rusted through, for example. Unclear if car had been submerged or had been subjected to salt air for a long duration. Experts not consistent on this, but all agree that rust and corrosion had been building up for a long time. Thus, the time between the pre-purchase inspection and the shipping of the car would not account for the substantial rust and corrosion on the undercarriage, as Braman claims. All documentation and receipts confirm above unreported deficiencies both by dealer and by Braman's false pre-purchase inspection. Clean CarFax was due to damage and repairs which were not reported to insurance company, so this damage was not disclosed on CarFax report. CarFax disclaimer says, "no damage reported." This does not mean there is no damage. Prior negative review was deleted. Purchased in June 2017. Have spent thousands in rectifying unreported damage since purchase.

Excellent Buying Experience for Beautiful Z06

My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing our 2009 Corvette Z06 from James at European Automotive Imports. From the first contact to the arrival of the Z06 James was in contact with us every step of the process (and an easy process it was). James represented the car honestly and we did not have any surprises after purchasing this Z06 without seeing it in person. Upon arrival the Z06 was better then described. I would highly recommend doing business with James and the team at European Automotive Imports.

Very bad experience

Unfortunately it was a real fiasco buying a car from James. My bank was forced to make repeated requests for documents for over a week. Numerous messages left by the bank were not answered until I threatened to cancel the purchase. Then James decided to overcharge me on shipping and when asked about the overcharge he said it was his fault and would mail a check for the difference The check never arrived. I suggest it would be best to purchase a car from a more reputable and professional business.

Purchased a Mercedes Sl550 AMG

Bought this car from James at this dealership and was so happy to have a person I could trust. I traveled 1 1/2 hours after speaking to him on the phone to see this car. Very helpful, honest and caring. I was very comfortable and happy I bought my car from him. I know he's further away from where I live but I would travel there if the car needed any service and that says a lot coming from me. I could go to any Mercedes even for an oil change but it's worth the trip to go to European imports and deal with James. I'm extremely happy and you will be as well. Thank you

Picked us up at rental car drop off, great service

John at All European Autos made the purchase of my 2008 Porsche Cayman S painless and trouble free. I am from Pennsylvania and my lady and I flew to Florida to make a little vacation out of looking at, and buying the car. John offered to pick us up at the airport when we flew down, and although we decided to get a rental car and didn't need to be picked up, he did pick us up and drive us back to his dealership to take delivery of the car after turning our rental car back in. This saved us a bunch of travel time. All European Autos also had no issue with me getting a pre-purchase inspection done on the car - in fact, they encouraged it. The pre-purchase inspection went well and the car was in great condition just as John had described on the phone. There was a tire pressure monitor that had failed, but All European Autos had the part ordered over-night and installed the next day. The car was nicely detailed and ready for delivery on time for my drive back home. Bottom line is it was a pleasant experience. Prior to me deciding to fly down and look at the car, John described the car to me over the phone and answered all my questions. He even took some additional pictures that I requested. After he answered all my questions, I felt comfor enough to fly down and look at the car...and it was just as he described.
