Nine Stars Auto Group

They never responded to emails or calls.must not do wanted to sell the car.

These people have some shady business practices, tried to buy a car as advertised $11,995 and they went up on it 7k, and said it previously on sale.

So I bought a low mileage 2013 car from Nine Stars Auto group from far, far away from Virginia. Kamran was a great sales person and kept me informed throughout the process. I hired a company called Pomcar to perform an inspection, which was excellent, by the way, and I would highly recommend them as well. They sent pictures of the car, tires, brakes, etc, and test drove the car. The only problem they found was a small crack on the front spoiler. I figured "heck, the car is 12 years old and if that's the only problem, that's no big deal" and planned to just have it repaired when it arrived. After the Pomcar inspection, I made a small down payment with a credit card, and Kamran sent the paperwork to be signed and arranged for transport at a very reasonable cost. As soon as the paperwork was complete, they shipped the car which arrived the next day. When I was inspecting the car after transport, I looked for the crack in the spoiler...but I couldn't find it. It was dark at the time, so I figured I just was missing it. The next day, I still couldn't find it. I texted Kamran, and asked it they had fixed it...and they HAD! I didn't ask for them to repair it or expect them to...that is ABOVE AND BEYOND! In addition, HE NOTICED the check I sent was $500 too much (I didn't take the credit card down payment into account) and refunded the difference. Again, I didn't ask for that! Sadly, you don't always get that kind of integrity from car salesmen nowadays. So I put these guys at the top of my list and would definitely use them again! Everything was super smooth and they proved themselves trustworthy and went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Kamran!

Have you ever left from the dealership feeling like you’ve won the lottery? Well we definitely did. When we came home our neighbors were asking us if we had won the lottery because we drove home with a beautiful BMW X5 and a handsome Mercedes E350 cabriolet. OMG I highly recommend Nine Stars Auto to people who have dream cars they have not yet fulfilled because ours came true when we bought these affordable luxury cars 😂. They are in perfect smooth like new running condition and super clean inside. Pass MD inspection with flying colors. Thank you PJ, Cameron, Gazal and all the mechanics and porters. They were all really nice and their customer service exceeded our expectations. I’m attaching pix of our dream cars 😂. I normally don’t give reviews but I’m compelled give one to this dealership. I see a lot of reviews in here saying they are not pushy well obviously they don’t need to be pushy salespeople because their cars and prices speaks volume. Thank you again Nine Stars for making our dream come true!

Honestly, giving it even a single star is still too generous. All their vehicles that are being offered to be sold off are not covered by warranty whatsoever. Meaning, if you were to even buy the car and 30 minutes later have problems with the vehicle, you are entirely on your own. What's even worse is that not only do they not care, but they also disrespect your opinion on the matter. Even though the car I was interested in already had issues, their insistence to gaslight you into thinking you are in the wrong for trying to lower the price of the car just shows their true nature of how this isn't their first time trying to get their way. As a response being "I've sold hundreds of cars within a month" is supposed to validate me into buying a car that is a piece of junk to begin with. It is hilarious how ironic their shop's name is "Nine Stars Auto Group" when they are the farthest from earning a single star from me. For those of you who plan to come to this dealership, I wish you the best of luck, but recommend you clutch your money and run far away from this place.

I’ve bought a lot of cars from out of town but this has to be the best one yet. I dealt with Kamron & everything was just as he described. He went around the car with his camera & showed me every detail. The 500 mile ride home was perfect!! If I could give them 100 ⭐️ I would.

It's hard to find integrity in the car sales business and you won't find it here. Asked basic questions about a vehicle for sale, runs, drives, etc. All answers were yes and that all their vehicles were serviced and tested by their mechanics. Stated that my daughter and I had a 6 hr drive to look it over and how important being honest with us is. Again, all yes. Made the trip and discovered the transmission had major slipping and audible grinding problems in the first 10 yards of the test drive. They offered a $200 discount and would have it "fixed" over the next 2 weeks. Made the 6 hour drive home with a very disappointed daughter. Issues i didn't disclose to them: Error codes were cleared prior to our arrival. Major comm issues with ABS, Transmission, Electronic control, etc. Pending codes were Low fuel rail pressure, fuel level sensor error, A/C pressure, etc,etc. The heavy coat of spray on dressing was not the answer for this vehicle. If it looks too good to be true, it is.

I bought a 2015 Audi A4 from this dealership about 6 months ago and I have loved the car. When I bought it I had a 40 point inspection that didn't turn up anything, and the only problem I had was that it occasionally took a bit long to start. Fast forward 6 months and I went to get that checked out because it had slightly worsened. I was in for a surprise when I was told I would be paying THOUSANDS to repair my car that had passed inspection 6 months ago. The problems were all things that didn't show up on the inspection. I'm not sure if they were covered up or if this just came from dealership negligence. Whatever way you spin it, I'm not the only one with this problem. I was blown away when I first bought, but now I know they are just another industrial lot dealership. I have no proof, but I suspect they are getting really abused cars that they are prettying up. I'm not saying don't buy from them. I'm just saying do your due diligence, be wary, and remember that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Fantastic I received a beautiful car a Hummer H3 fully equipped luxury with only $70,000 mi on it a rare fine a beautiful automobile the dealership was excellent the owner was a gentleman and a scholar his son Ben also a gentleman and a scholar these men were very proper very respectful they gave me a rock solid price was no waggling and they stuck to their word whatever they said they would do they did bar none I'm truly satisfied I highly recommend that organization and the owner to casa and his son Ben Great Men good experience highly recommended and he has some awesome cars on his lot beautiful luxury vehicles on this line beautiful it's a must see non-star Auto group fantastic Chantilly highly recommended peace

Great experience with Nine Stars Auto. I recommend calling ahead for a test drive as some cars are kept inside. It gives them time to pull the car out and get it ready for you. PJ was awesome when we arrived and quickly brought us the keys. We did a quick test drive but no time limit was mentioned. We had all of our questions answered and never felt at all pressured to buy. Once we sat down to do the paperwork it was a very quick process and I was out the door with the keys to my Polestar 2. I’ve had zero issues with the car. It charges perfectly and easily paired with my phone. This was my first used car buying experience and it was great.
