Today I visited dealership for oil change and it's bad

Today I visited dealership for oil change and it's bad experience for the following reasons. A. Didn't gave the price upfront and it's partial B. Didn't given in time as the car was ready and lying more than 1 hour but it was given back in 2 plus hour C. Dashboard wrench sign didn't go off after the service done which was required as it's meant for oil change only. D. I don't know the oil change done or not but I have been charged. E. Multi point inspection report was asked to provide then given. VERY POOR SERVICE

they made it happen for me, look for nate banks, he will get you in your dream car, i was in and out in about an hour with my new car.. im bearly building my credit, i wasn't even thinking i could get approved on my dream car

The service team was great it's the manager of the

The service team was great it's the manager of the service team that's not. I had bought a car that wasn't inspected right.. so I took it back and asked them to fix it and the manager over there service center argued with me about fixing it. Needless to say they did fix the issue. But last week I took it in and had to pay 116. Just for the. To hook it up to the diagnostic machine and I had asked them to look at the barrings on the passenger side but was told I didn't have enough gas for them to drive it around the corner. So needless to say the problem still exists and if my tire falls off they are going to be held liable.
