After reviewing your visit with our team, it appears we could have put more effort in completing the repairs on your vehicle in a timely manner and speed up our process of completion. We understand the perception of replacing a broken serpentine belt on your 2004 Honda CRV should not take long, but we do our best to complete the repairs that is allocated by the manufacturers guide. We will use this as a training opportunity and improve for our future customers...
