Used Cars For Sale

Had a deal worked out on a truck after completing a video chat and looking at pics online. I drove 3 1/2 hours to the dealer to pick up the truck, when I got there the truck had a lot of scrapes and scratches on the passenger side, bumper looked like crap and a lot of areas with touch up paint. I ended up leaving 5 minutes after arriving. I was somewhat upset that the condition wasn't fully disclosed by The salesman who I will not mention by name. After leaving the salesman called me to say he didn't see those scrapes and scratches and that it must've happened when they cleaned it up prior to my arrival. I think that's a lame excuse and I would hope that anyone planning more than a 30 minute ride to this dealer know for certain what they are coming to see. Again I spent 3 1/2 hours each way to make this deal and it was a waste of time. I should've known better seeing that almost every truck they get is run through their shop, lifted, new rims, tires, etc then put on the market. This one has been for sale since October I believe (this is based on what I saw on their Facebook site). I think the "upgrades" may possibly be a way to try and deter people from the other things that may be wrong. I hope you take this review for what it is and form your own opinion. I just felt I need to let people shopping here know what happened.
