I've contacted them about this case and I have never received a response from them

First of all, I rarely write reviews. Having said that, this deserves to be shared with everyone out there. When I walked into the showroom I was promptly greeted by the sales person Shawn with a bright smile and a cold bottle of water. From start to finish everyone made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. While picking out a vehicle with Shawn, the owner came out to meet me and introduce himself. The owner was such a nice man and was focused on getting me the right vehicle for my budget. Even though my credit was not the best, Matt the finance manager made sure to educate me on how to improve my score and even called the bank to get me a better rate! They had such a nice selection of vehicles that it was hard to only pick one. I never would have imagined that I would leave in a Mercedes Benz that fits my budget. My new car was shined up like the day it came off the assembly line. Shawn even took the time to go over all the features with me and pair my phone. Doing business with these great people was just like having dinner at an upscale restaurant. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Drove in from Indiana (over 5 hours) to look at a Honda Element. Matt told me the thing was in good shape and needed nothing. We arrived after closing, so had to get a hotel room. Next morning I go to their lot with every intention of buying it. Immediately noticed that the driver door was sagging, and the car had previously been keyed on the passenger side. You know... *things he should have told me*. But whatever, maybe it's great mechanically (?). Turn it over, back out, and immediately the suspension starts moaning and clunking. Driving down the road, the suspension is clunking and making a lot of noises. I point it out to Matt, who actually says he doesn't hear anything! Kept driving, checking out electronics... CRUISE DOESN'T WORK! I pointed it out, and Matt INSISTED that I was operating it wrong!! I turned the car back around and headed back to the lot. On the way back he's now insisting that there is nothing wrong with it. I firmly told him that I'm not interested in buying someone else's problems. We get back to the lot, and I get out, hand him the keys, and tell him that I don't think I'm interested. He asks how much he can take off to get me to buy it. I told him $1,500. He gets visibly frustrated and says he can't do that. I tell him that's okay, thank him for his time, and begin to leave. Now he gets agro, and very aggressive about how any used car has problems, that it passed state inspection, blah blah blah. I told him outright that I'm just not interested. He gets more mad and says "that's fine, I have other calls today from people wanting to buy it (as of the writing of this review, 9 days later, the car is still there). I said good, I'm glad for him, but I'm NOT buying it. By the time I buy it and fix it, I can buy a newer with lower mileage. He's STILL angry and aggressive. I just walked away.

Eric worked very hard to get me in the car I wanted within my budget. Along with giving me a great deal on my trade in. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to apologize for my last review they did in fact fix my car and now it is back up and running and in great condition. It just was on their time not mine. I recommend you do get an extended warrant when purchasing any vehicle from any dealership

I just purchased a Ford F-150 on Thursday and I am very pleased with the service I received. I have purchased many vehicles over the years at Premiere and have always had a good experience.

I made the journey to Premiere Auto to purchase my vehicle based on the good reviews so I figured I should post a review of my experience as well. I was searching for a specific vehicle and they happened to have it in stock. I did a loan application right from their website and was contacted immediately by a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. I was approved fairly quickly but couldn't make it in the same day. I came the next morning and the vehicle was waiting for me. I test drove the car by myself for about 40 minutes just to put it through the paces, highway, stop and go etc. When I came back, Mike my sales person came out and went over some more features with me. Now comes the paperwork, Very quick process. I was done with all of the paperwork in under ten minutes. I've never had a car buying experience this satisfying.

Best car buying experience I have ever had by far. Staff was friendly and helpful through the entire process of picking my vehicle and financing. I came here based on their low prices and was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Have not had to do any repairs so can't rate on that aspect but I am sure that it would be five stars from me as well. I absolutely will be back when I need another vehicle and would recommend them to anyone.

needed a car due to mine not being inspectable. Mike helped me to get a car fast. Financing was easy and everyone at this dealer was friendly.
