Fast, friendly and honest service!!

I recently bought a truck long distance. Brad quickly arranged a virtual test drive after I expressed interest in the vehicle. He was very upfront with any issues it had and sent me all of the pictures and documentation I asked for. I had financing ready when we arrived after a 13 hour road trip with three young kids. The truck was ready to go so we only spent about half an hour total at the dealership. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Bad sales manager

Was buying a 2014 f250. Was told was going in for minor touch ups. Re listed for $7k more then I was buying it for.

Iverson Huron SD

Do not buy from this dealership!!! Horrible customer service and they DO NOT stand behind their vehicles! The manager was made aware of an issue on vehicle we test drive just weeks ago. We bought the vehicle with a promise that the repair was completed. We are still having issues with what was supposed to be fixed. The sales staff are great but they can only control so much before the manager steps in. I would strongly not recommend this dealership! We will also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. We were blatantly lied to.

Best around

Brad Olson is great to work with. I have bought 5 vehicles form him in the last 6 years. He listens to what I want and finds .e the best deals. The buying process at Iverson in Huron is quicker than any other dealership around. I would highly recommend Brad Olson and Iverson Motors to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Poor service

Our Wrangler needed warranty work for air bags. iversons put us off for months. Finally we got it in and they had ordered the wrong parts. When we went to pick it up that had parked it a block away in a mud hole and we had to wade through to get in. We took it to Watertown Ford and Chrysler where they did the work professionally with their awesome service department.

Poor customer service

Called Iversons in Huron regarding a code my vehicle threw and was told to stop first thing Monday morning to have it looked at. When I stopped, the service manager wouldn't even turn around and look at me to speak. He just told me he could maybe look at it at 330 that afternoon. Infirmed I was from out of town and he said he was busy.
