Rubicon clutch pedal warranty

Mackenzie knew what she needed for parts and had them at the dealership. Called me to set the appointment. Had a loaner car there and ready when we arrived. Called once with an update. Called promptly upon completion to say my Rubicon was ready, and let me know the dealership hours for pickup. Short of not having the problem I don't know how it could have been a better experience. Thanks for saving our vacation!!

On vacation from Texas to the beautiful state of Georgia our 2 year old pickup decided to act up on us. But our vacation was saved when Jacky Jones Chrysler fixed our truck and got us back on the road!! Everyone was so nice to us and instead of the electrical problems ruining our trip, meeting fabulous folks like ya’all actually made our vacation that much more enjoyable!! Thank you all!! Very good to deal with.

They were very easy to work with. No empty promises. Under promised...over delivered. It was worth the trip If anyone were to ask me where to get a new or used car, truck or van; I will say Jacky Jones.

Excellent service

When people ask why I go to Cleveland to get my Jeep serviced, I tell them it’s because of excellent service and people I trust. Living in Gainesville, I have been extremely pleased with the sales and service at Jacky Jones Lincoln for my wife’s car, so when I decided to purchase a new Jeep, I went to the Jacky Jones dealership in Cleveland. When I find people I can trust, I stay with them.

very good on 13 new Ram 1500

got the new trucks on time and paper work was all correct good job, everyone was very nice and the guys that deliver the trucks were always on time and in communication with me

Outstanding

Mackenzie was extremely professional as usual. Service was done in a timely manner. No complaints at all. Waiting room was clean and accommodating. Coffee was fresh and hot.

Made it easy

I saw a car on line and that's what took me to this dealership. I messaged and got a response from Jimmy Fults. He was VERY patient with me, lol. I bought this preowned car. They are nice folks, and even let us put the car up on a lift to look underneath and the shop area was clean. I would go back for another purchase. The only reason I have gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because they are not an authorized Fiat dealer and I was not impressed with the one I had to go to. The electronics in this car are overwhelming and not many people seem to know what to do

Recall visit

They fit me in and got the recall done in a timely manner. The waiting area needs a better wifi signal like the sales area.

Fantastic

We were looking for a new Ram 1500 to replace the wife's 14 RAM Laramie and got the absolute best deal from Jackie Jones. I requested a bottom line on an advertised truck and received it that day I requested it. Other dealers E-Prices were false advertising, while Jackie Jones stuck with theirs. Great to work with even though they got Alabama tax wrong, It's only 2% for cars.
