No nonsense and a fair deal

We drove nearly two hours to Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood to purchase our new-to-us MKc and we are so happy we did! Mara was straight forward and so helpful throughout the purchase process, and all around wonderful to deal with. They let us bring our puppy inside the dealership while we worked through the deal and we even got to drive the vehicle home the same day! Highly recommended.

Very positive experience

Probably the most positive dealership experience I have ever had. Friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. Very fair pricing and trade value, I walked in not expecting to buy a car and walked out having bought one. Customer service from my sales consultant Sean and Finance Manager Jim after the fact was great as well. Would highly recommend this location and/or come back again.

Hassle free experience

All previous experiences with dealerships have been painful back and forth negotiations, but Herb Chambers Lincoln was AMAZING! Our salesman, James Santsaver, was so pleasant and transparent. The whole experience was quick and painless-totally hassle free. The business manager (Jim) was super helpful and even the lady that stayed late to get our plates done were all well appreciated!!!

A Team Experience

If you want a stress free experience from knowledgeable employees stop right here! You will not be sorry you did. After speaking to Alice and Jillian who kept in constant contact with me in regard to my pre-visit questions I drove three hours to see the 2015 MKX (waited patiently/impatiently to know if it sold the night before). Both ladies did a fantastic job With customer service. I’m in sales and understand the value of having someone answer your questions at the time the questions are being asked. The car was as clean as the pictures and drove like a dream! Greg and I spent a lot of time talking about the car during my test drive benefits of ownership in regard to the CPO warranty and when it came time to do the deal both he and Doug made every effort to have a stress free purchase. The whole team treated me great! They even delivered my car to me two days later and three hours away! My suggestion is if you are looking for a certified preowned car, know they did their homework on the car before bringing it to the dealership and putting their name on it! So, if you are thinking you want to look around for something better you may lose out on the car you want!! My car kicks butt and I love it! I will definitely be calling the dealership back when it’s time to buy another Lincoln!!! I am a Lincoln owner for life! Thanks Greg for being an A Team player, from one sales person to another, you ROCK!!!! And thanks Jim for getting me the best rate possible at the payment I wanted!!!

Great experience!

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Herb Gordon Lincoln of Norwood and want to take a moment to thank Sean and the rest of the team. Sean had answers to most of my questions, and found answers for those he didn't know in a matter of minutes. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and attentive. Setting up the test-drive was simple and took just minutes. With a limited time-frame of a weekend that I gave myself to purchase a vehicle, I could not have selected a better place to work with. The facility is bright and airy, refreshments are available in the comfortable lounge and the transaction was smooth and efficient. I will certainly keep Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood in my sights for my next purchase.

Bluetooth set up/Repair

Had a problem with Bluetooth and went to the dealership. Service Advisor Greg Davis solved the problem. I was in and out in ten minutes Thanks Bill Thibodeaux

Excellent Experience

Mara Russell was excellent. She is very friendly, answered all my questions and found the exact vehicle I wanted. I absolutely LOVE my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle Mara spent the time to show me all the features of the vehicle and it happened to be my birthday and she gave me a birthday card. I was not expecting that. James Lewis in finance was also excellent. It was truly the best experience I have had from the time I walked in to the time I drove away. I would highly recommend Mara and Herb Chambers to everyone.
