Great service
I always use my good friend who is a lease broker. Gunther was able to beat that option. Between Chris’s great service and the manager ken they exceeded expections as I hate most car sales people. This was not the case with them. I would refer them any friends or family any time. Great work!!!

The dealership did everything to earn my business
Dick is a gentleman and he did everything to earn my business. What I liked most was I didn't have to spend hours going back and forth and spending hours in finance. The transaction took less than an hour! Keith delivered the car for us and he is the most knowledgeable person on the brand. The car is beautiful and very complex electronics, but Keith spent over an hour with my wife to ensure that she understood all the features of this beautiful automobile. Bravo!! A Plus!

Terrific customer service
Front to end top customer care. I've owned luxury cars for a long time and am used to excellent service. I have to say that Dominic gets an A+ for greeting, explaining and walking me through the initial maintenance check for my xc90. At the end, he got my internet back up in the car. What more could I ask for ?

Great punctual service
A faulty factory dashboard part needed to be replaced in my new Golf and it was quickly resolved by the service manager Grody Abreu. He was execellent, professional and assured me it would not be an issue. He rdered the part, called me when it was available, set up appointment and was resolved while I waited.

wait time a little too long
Everyone at Gunther is super friendly and the only thing from me giving 5 starts is that my wait time was a little long. I had a 9am appointment. to check a possible leak in my tires and to do the emissions recall thing. At 10am Drew told me that they found a nail in two tires and they could repair them. He also recommended I replace my wipers. I agreed. It was almost 12 when they came to tell me my car was ready. Other than that, it was a great! Free coffee and HGTV in the wait room, which is clean and comfortable. No complaints about that!
