Poor service experience

Made an appointment for service and loaner car which was confirmed Arrived before scheduled time Spoke to somebody outside confirming appointment and loaner car Told me to go inside and wait After 15 minutes I inquired about loaner car They said engine light on No other car available Waited more time Advisor said they can’t fix now will bring my car in soon for service Waited more time After 30-40 minutes said car was ready unless I wanted a wash which I did Said it would be ready in 5 minutes Waited 35 minutes...no car or key Inquired at desk. No key or paperwork Went outside saw car ready Asked why I’m waiting Someone checked and serviceman came in gave me keys and I signed paperwork and left Time wasted 1 hour 40 minutes! A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

I was told that my recalled part was in stock on The day before my appointment. I came in at 10am the following day and was sent away because there wasn’t a replacement part for me

Recall

I had Made an appointment for the recall and was told that I would receive a phone call if the parts were not available. I did not receive a call so I arrived at my appointment time, checked in and had someone picking me up. About 10 minutes later I was advised that they did NOT have the part and I would have to come back. Again I made arrangements to come back a 2nd time.

Quick service

Brought my new Jetta in for it's 1st oil change and was impressed with the prompt service. Oil change with safety inspection lasted roughly 45 minutes.

Easy , efficient, friendly

This is a great dealership, I went in for service they took my vehicle immediately. The service person was super friendly and efficient. They called me on the phone when they were done, since I wasn't in a hurry and went to lunch. I definitely will always take my vehicle to this dealer even though I live in Miami.
