Very rude. Laughable interest rate (20%) on financing through the dealership. No parking - was told to park in the bowling alley lot next door. Although they claim their cars are "thoroughly inspected," they must not have noticed the glaringly obvious screeching noise coming from engine compartment. The Carfax report was in an unusual format that could have been easily edited. The owner wanted $3,000 IN HAND just to let me test drive a car that I was seriously interested in. I was then told to buy a car elsewhere if I wasn't comfortable with that. No problem at all!

I have been searching for a BMW M3 for a while now. All dealers that I've visited were giving me a very high price on the BMW I wanted. I was referred to Performance Car Sales by a good friend of mine, told me that Krystian and his team will help me out with the search, and I have to be honest they did an amazing job! The car is awesome, pricing was very reasonable and I finally got it! Thank you again guys. I will keep recommending you to all my friends and families.

Great place to shop for your dream car. Promised great service, prices, condition & most importantly professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend this as your first spot to come in and check out their inventory. I already bought 3rd car from this place and I had them for years.

This place is pretty much a joke. Chop shop right next door and some pretty rough cars for sale, especially the Neon SRTs. I came there because they were a bit cheaper than some other spots, but now I see why they were! Wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends or to you.

True definition of EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! I have never been treated with so much respect from any other car dealerships, as I have been by Performance Car Sales. These people put their hearts out completely to make sure everyone has an excellent buying experience. Everything was explained clearly and all my answers were answered thoroughly. Thank you for all your help!! I will definitely recommend them to others and will remember them for my future car buying's!

I'm perfectly satisfied with the customer service provided. In most dealerships the employees bombard you with questions and don't leave you alone for much time. They don't allow you to experience the car for yourself. At this dealership they provide you the keys and you are allowed to the check the entire car for yourself without people breathing down your neck. I felt comfortable checking the whole car out. The cars themselves are in great condition and great variety. All my questions were answered and I was assured that my purchase was wise. This dealership provides the perfect amount of service and provides great performing and visually looking cars.

I do not know who was working the day these reviews were written, but this place has horrible customer service! My wife and I took the 40 minute ride out from the city to find this place and to look for a third car for our kids. We pulled in and the place is jammed packed with cars for sale and cars being worked on by the adjacent repair shop. No walking room. First red flag! There's nowhere to park, so I ask a kid cleaning cars, after he stares at me for a couple of minutes without saying a word, where can I park? He proceeds to tell me in the bowling alley next store. Second red flag! So I park and now we walk through the weeds to get to this place and now no one is available. Third red flag! After being told by the automotive shop that the dealership is in the next office, a woman is in there and asks if she can help, never giving her name. I say I want to look at the Chrysler Pacifica, she throws me the keys, literally, and says go and look and let me know what you think. Fourth red flag! We looked at the car, again jammed packed and parked in the weeds, the car was nice and despite all the poor customer service I may have even bought the car, but when I asked to test drive the car the first words out of this lady's mouth are you paying cash or financing? I don't know if I'm buying your car yet, I haven't even driven it, so what does that matter? If it's to speed up the process, I'm not in a hurry and there is no one else here? She than tells me if it's cash you can test drive it, financing I need to get you pre-approved. Nope I'm out of here. Fifth red flag, and we left. My wife and I could not get over how shady that seemed and how poor the customer service is. I guess the other guy was off. No thanks!

Right from the beginning when i called about about the car was very professional and very friendly, I came in later on to look at the car, which was in great condition, Loved it! bought it!. I would recommend this dealership to any one!

They agreed to hold a vehicle for us over the Holiday week end. They took a deposit, and would not refund it because our bank made a mistake on financing. RUN RUN away!

I was really happy with the service offered to me by Kris and the wife. They picked me up from the airport since I was flying from Kansas City and all the papers for my car was ready. The car was in perfect condition. Took a test drive and did some inspection and within a couple of hours I was on my way to Kansas City, MO. I will recommended Performance Car Sales to anybody that is searching for a used car. Thanks Kris and the wife for the love service.
