Not a Worthy Dealer for an Hour Drive(From Dallas/Plano/Frisco) I drove over an hour to buy a used car listed at $35,500. After some negotiation, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $37,250, which I accepted to save time and avoid the back-and-forth. The salesman said he’d get the paperwork ready, but came back five minutes later saying his “director” didn’t approve it. Trying to keep the deal alive, I offered $38,250 (listing price + TTL) — which any reputable dealer would normally accept. Instead, they came back with a demand for $40,500 total, including a higher APR through Honda financing, and told me it was take-it-or-leave-it. At that point, I walked out. The experience was rude, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. If you’re from the Dallas, Plano, or Frisco area, don’t bother driving all the way out here. They assume once you show up, they can change the price and you’ll cave. Totally not worth the drive.

Best car buying experience ever.

Best car buying experience ever. General Manager, Greg Besson, took time to come out to meet us while we were working with his salesman, Raphael. He was very friendly and set us at ease. Raphael and Greg helped us understand and appreciate the features on the Honda Odyssey. We were floored by the price as it was much less than a previous dealer gave us. We were impressed by the cordial environment and low pressure. Greg made this an easy decision to buy with the right price from the best people. We will definitely return for our next vehicle. I will recommend Honda of Fort Worth to our friends and family.

I bought a 2019 Honda Ridgeline in November 2020. The...

I bought a 2019 Honda Ridgeline in November 2020. The vehicle description on the dealer website clearly stated the truck had a 90 day free trial of Sirius XM radio. When I called Sirius XM radio to start the free trial, they said the vehicle did not have Sirius XM radio capability. I told the dealership this and they confirmed this. I feel that the dealership advertising was misleading. They blamed Honda for the misleading information on their own website and made no attempt to appease me. This dealership has no accountability, poor customer service and allows misleading information on their own website go uncorrected.

The previous one-star review of this dude couldn’t have been more spot on. Condescending and rude is an hallmark with this guy. What kind of salesman would stop responding to a potential customer in the middle of the negotiation? During a recession no less? Just a terrible experience all around.

Greg Besson is unprofessional

Greg Besson does not care about customers or repeat business. He is extremely unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. His obnoxious behavior has put me off Honda completely.

We met via email where you basically told me you had no interest in my business. Repair our "relationship?" That's funny. When I reached out to you to try to let you know how frustrating it was to be repeatedly passed from salesperson to salesperson, having to start over every single time, you blew me off. When I asked if anyone read the emails sent to loyalty@hondaoffortworth.com you responded with a glib "sure we do" making sure I knew that you not only read them, but you actively ignored me. You are very bad at your job.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Please understand that when you were being passed from one salesman to another, I was in the middle of having to make some of the toughest decisions I've ever had to make in our business. We laid off over 70% of our employees in less than a week. I am sorry if this inconvenienced you or made it seem like we didn't care. But these were unprecedented circumstances. I tried to respond to your email, but it had been blocked. I sincerely hope that you and your family are doing well during this crisis. If we can ever be of assistance in the future please let us know.

So at a time when you are having to deal with lagging sales, you blew off someone who was ready to buy in the rudest, most obnoxious way. I don't understand that at all.

Best dealer experience ever!

We had to purchase a vehicle on short notice, as our daughter's old car suddenly died. We were referred to Honda of Ft. Worth by a friend, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We were treated like loyal customers from the moment we arrived, even though we had never been there before. Christine Caselli took care of us, and she was great! She has experience with both new and used cars, which turned out to be perfect for us. We were looking for a late-model used Honda, but because their deals on new cars were so attractive, we ended up buying new. She was able to answer all of our questions on both new and used, so we were able to make an intelligent decision with all the facts in front of us. We are thrilled with our purchase, and our daughter loves the car. Additionally, the stellar reliability and reputation of Honda gives us great comfort that this car will last and perform well for a long time to come. Honda of Ft. Worth is a little more than an hour from our home, but it was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend them and Christine for either a new or a used car. P.S. They even took care of a low tire pressure problem on my car (NOT a Honda) while we were there!
