My experience with Dhruv, the finance manager at Honda Fort Worth, was extremely disappointing. His customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. Instead of assisting and guiding, he came across as dismissive and careless. Working with him felt like a complete waste of time and energy. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, I strongly recommend avoiding Dhruv altogether.

We purchased a 2025 Honda Ridgeline RTL on 5/21/2025.
We purchased a 2025 Honda Ridgeline RTL on 5/21/2025. We had a great experience with Richard, our salesman. He was very professional, attentive and responsive prior to, during and since our purchase. We love our truck. However, Richard was the end of our great service. The Finance Manager, Dhruv, seemed in a hurry to finish the sale, quickly went through the paperwork and it was one signatue after the other. After returning home, he had sent us some of the paperwork. However, we found that he had NOT sent us all the signed paperwork, no information on the addl service contract and club plus he added that we really did not want . He told us that we could cancel it but would have to wait 6 months to cancel both. After calling MPP myself, I was advised that within the first 30 days, it could be cancelled at any time for a full refund. That has been initiated and we should be getting that refund soon. Geez, another lie. He told us we had the Lojack and that we would receive an email to set it up- that they had thrown it into the deal - and charged us for the addl service because it was the best deal for us. I contacted him by phone and email requesting that he send the invite for LoJack, as per LoJack's instructions to us. We still do not know if we have the LoJack. Nothing. I left message for the Finance Director to call me on several occasions with no response of any kind. I then left a couple message for the General Sales Manager to call me. No reply. I have left two messages for the General Manager (top dog) to call me. Still have not received a response from anyone. I would deal with Richard again if he left and went to another dealership but I will NEVER deal with Honda of Ft. Worth again.

Not a Worthy Dealer for an Hour Drive(From
Not a Worthy Dealer for an Hour Drive(From Dallas/Plano/Frisco) I drove over an hour to buy a used car listed at $35,500. After some negotiation, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $37,250, which I accepted to save time and avoid the back-and-forth. The salesman said he’d get the paperwork ready, but came back five minutes later saying his “director” didn’t approve it. Trying to keep the deal alive, I offered $38,250 (listing price + TTL) — which any reputable dealer would normally accept. Instead, they came back with a demand for $40,500 total, including a higher APR through Honda financing, and told me it was take-it-or-leave-it. At that point, I walked out. The experience was rude, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. If you’re from the Dallas, Plano, or Frisco area, don’t bother driving all the way out here. They assume once you show up, they can change the price and you’ll cave. Totally not worth the drive.

Emmanuel is a Godsend, to me, I was very nervous to even go through this process but he made everything clear to me and he listened to my needs and he delivered. He remembered what I wanted in a car and made sure that I got what I wanted. He has a caring heart and a beautiful soul that meant the world to me. Manny kept his word and if he didn't know he asked one of his coworkers and he got the help he needed. I am the proud owner of a 2021 CRV-EX named the "TheGreyGhost". Emmanuel you rock!

Honda's salesman presented me with an offer in writing
Honda's salesman presented me with an offer in writing for a 2023 CR-V. The offer, after trade-in and cash down, was $615 month at 3.99% for 48 months. When we went to get the car a few weeks later (it was in transit when we made the deal), the finance man tried selling me various overpriced maintenance agreements, which I turned down. He finally told me he could offer just windshield and key fob coverage for only $5 month extra. I agreed and told him to print it up. I then made the mistake of trusting Honda, and their Finance man and didn't go over the details of the several pages we were told to sign and initial. The only figure I saw was the $620 per month that we had just agreed to. I found out a week later, from Honda Finance, that he had actually added on over $5200 of maintenance agreements that I had specifically turned down. He also jacked up the interest rate from what I had already been offered and had agreed to. He also changed the terms from 48 months to 60 months. That was just the beginning of a month long nightmare of phone calls, trying to cancel maintenance agreements I never agreed to in the first place, and trying to get an explanation for what they did to me. I got hold of the finance man once. When I asked him why he had changed the terms from 48 to 60 months, he just said he didn't know how that happened. When I asked if he was going to fix the interest rate to what we had agreed to, he said there was nothing he could do about that now. When I asked why he had added on $5200 of maintenance agreements that he knew I had specifically turned down, he went mute. Nothing. Several emails and voice messages to various people at Honda of Ft. Worth were ignored. Only the salesman would respond. He passed my concerns and complaints on to his boss and to the finance department, who did nothing. I did finally get two voice messages from the finance manager 19 days after I first complained who said he wanted to discuss the situation. I left him voice messages twice but never heard back. If you want more details, just read my lengthy review on Google reviews, or Yelp, etc.

Finance man added on over $5000 worth of maintenance
Finance man added on over $5000 worth of maintenance agreements that I had specifically declined, then raised the interest rate and extended the loan by 12 months, all without my knowledge or permission. Then they were of no help in correcting their own errors. I would never deal with these people again.
