Overall the guys were a great team to deal with. I first saw my 2017 Nissan maxima on cars.com. I called them, they invited me in to test drive the car. They helped get all of the details figured out for getting a loan from the bank. I've had the car for a month now and promised the guys that I would write them a review. So thank you guys! I love my car and i loved the car buying experience with you :)

This dealership had a 2017 Maxima for sale at the middle price of the KBB value. The CarFax showed that it had been in THREE accidents to include one that was considered moderate damage. I messaged them asking for them to come down on the price since it was a huge risk buying a car with that history (NADA had it for $1.5k less than they were asking). The only response I got back from them was “Sike”. Their level of professionalism is laughable at best. Selling a 3-accident car as a “great condition” is almost as much of a joke as their professionalism.

My father recently tried to purchase a car from this dealership. They agreed on a deal and even signed a bill of sale. The only thing left to do was for my dad to bring in his check because he did his financing independently with a bank of his choice. The salesman called my dad's banker to tell him that they had sold to car out from under him. My dad made several attempts to contact the salesman which he ignored until he finally answered and blamed the management. I am aware that dealerships are looking to make the best deal. However, once you have agreed on a deal and signed a bill of sale to go back on your deal seems extremely unprofessional. Which makes me question the integrity of a business that goes back on their word and signed contracts.

North Hills Motors went the extra mile to help but a single mother in a quality used vehicle. They worked with her budget and were able to make the final sale fit within what she could afford from the insurance company after losing her previous vehicle in a total loss.

I drove an hour and a half to get to North Hills Motors and I'm so glad I did. I now have the car of my dreams and the entire process couldn't have been better. I highly recommend North Hills Motors. The entire staff was awesome and a pleasure to do business with.

Low pressure and wide selection of cars all at fair prices. We looked at several cars and were never pressured to higher priced cars. My son is very happy with his "new" cars. The whole process was relaxed and easy. I trust the whole staff at North Hills Motoers

My car broke down luckily right by their shop..I went in asked for help and they came to my aid for free.My car was In bad shape and I was from out of town..They fixed it for me immediately so I could get home..Car is in better position now then before..Great dealership and people..
