DEFRAUDED AN OLD MAN And deleted my own down payment

DEFRAUDED AN OLD MAN And deleted my own down payment from the loan amount . These people committed Fraud on the sales contract of a 2021 Mazda and witheld the car keys from me . I could not even Test drive the car because they said they didn't know " where the keys to the car are". I only saw it from the outside. Absurd but I was there for 4 hours and exhausted. Moe Azad ( he goes by Jay) said he needed me to have a Cosigner, plus my Trade In, my Mazda SUV, Plus a 4K down payment. All super absurd. The price of the car he did not have keys to, was 24K plus I owed 6K on my Trade in So together it is 30K .Minus my Four thousand dollars is a total of 26K also: Moe ( Jay) insisted on a 4K down payment on top of my trade in AFTER he told me " Good news you don't need a down payment"). I heard the guys in the back all laughing They received Four Thousand Dollars ,(4K) down payment plus my Mazda SUV Trade in which had a balance of 6K. Under normal circumstances I would Never do this but I was exhausted. Lesson: Never Buy a car when you're tired . The worst part is that they did not include my four thousand dollars in the contract. ( I consulted with some Attorneys who handle dealer fraud and was told to give Cardinale Way Mazda a chance to Rescind the contract and write a new one before we proceed with a lawsuit ) . They explained to me that the frauds were multiple..... 1. They Named my Cosigner as the BUYER OF THE 2021 Mazda VEHICLE.. The Cosigner has Never even been to their dealership. He is an elderly disabled friend who agreed to CoSign only. 2. He was never the Buyer but they put his name on the contract as the Buyer. That's literally defrauding an elderly man and committing Financial Fraud. 3. I was the Buyer but they didn't list me as the Buyer. I have them 4K thousand dollars but they never Deducted my four thousand dollars from the sales price !!! Deceptive practices : They had me sign the documents when I was exhausted at 10 pm at night when I was exhausted. Nnext day when I woke up I reviewed the contract I signed on 8/8/25 They had me sign 33K When the sales price should have been 26 K not 33K So literally this is considered Contractual Fraud and Financial Fraud . We called ALLY FINANCIAL The loan company and they said you must make sure that this Car Dealer Rescinds the Contract and give you a New Contract putting YOU as the Buyer and financing only 26 K ( and change )not 33K. MY Cosigner is ready to file a big lawsuit as he is a disabled man and he has never bought a car from these people. He was defrauded while he was bed ridden after surgery and some guy Angle showed up to his house signing him up as a buyer on a car he never purchased. They defrauded Me the Real buyer on a 33K loan. My Attorney tells me to give the dealership a chance before they proceed with a lawsuit I am hopeful that that they will do the right thing and save their Dealership reputation and Rescind the contract. They need to put me as the Buyer and include my four thousand dollar down payment which bank told me they cashed. Until this very day they have only given me 1 key instead of 2 keys which they still have. Dealers must give buyers 2 keys .

The sales reps were friendly and professional, but BEWARE

The sales reps were friendly and professional, but BEWARE — the finance and management team are not. Their tactics come across as manipulative and designed to take advantage of customers. Be ready to walk away, no matter how much time you’ve invested. When I asked to see the offer in writing, they flat-out refused, claiming it was “against company policy.” That alone is a major red flag. Always insist on written offers be sent over before visiting the dealership — it exposes just how uncompetitive their deals really are. On top of that, the way management handles confrontation is aggressive and argumentative, which is completely unacceptable. The owner of this dealership should seriously address how their management team treats customers — it’s costing them sales and damaging their reputation. To make matters worse, I even spoke with someone who worked there, and he admitted that based on what he’s seen behind the scenes, he would never buy a car from them himself. He confirmed what I experienced — that clients are being taken advantage of and ripped off in the back end of the business. By the grace of God, I saw the truth in time and walked away. I was blessed to find a far better deal with a dealership that treated me with honesty and kindness. Bottom line: Protect yourself. Demand everything in writing, don’t tolerate aggressive treatment, and don’t be afraid to walk away. Thank God there are better deals — and better people — out there.

I had a great experience at Cardinaleway Mazda.

I had a great experience at Cardinaleway Mazda. Wally helped me through the whole process and was very friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He was able to find me a good deal that was within my budget and was not pushy at all, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Terrible service, car was dirty, AND they lied about the

Terrible service, car was dirty, AND they lied about the car. The car was fenugreek with MULTIPLE scratches, very dirty interior, and the tires and wheels were NOT the same ones displayed in the pics they sent me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Bait and Switch. I'm active military so I'm used to buying things sight unseen. These guys deliberately mislead me about the condition of the car (scratches and curb rash). It was a great deal so I asked what could be wrong with the car. I was told a couple scratches that they'd deal with as a favor to me. But the car came delivered with multiple scratches, dirty interior, and they put car tires and wheels on the car that weren't in the photos they sent me. The tires were not run-flat as advertised, and the wheels were screwed up with significant curb rash! None of the pics have curb rash and I have the photos to prove it. When I confronted them about deceiving me, they have mostly ignored me and aren't seemingly willing to work with me at all. I understand I'm at some fault here, but I thought talking to them as professionals could produce a positive resolution. I was wrong. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Do not buy a used vehicle here they will sell you a lemon. They truck they sold me is a complete piece of junk. The transmission started slipping 5 days later along with a check engine light. I took it in for service and they had my truck over one month. They still did not fix the issues. They deleted the check engine light and the problems were still there , along with some new issues. They didn't put the crankcase cover back on and tampered with the (ecm) computer. They also messed up the abs brakes. They didn't replace the pcv valve like they said they were going to do. They are dishonest. They're 30 day , 3000 mile warranty means nothing to them. No integrity whatsoever. I'll be taking them to court. Be safe, get a Toyota or Honda.

This is the WORST DEALERSHIP!

This is the WORST DEALERSHIP!!! Do not buy here they sell garbage cars. We bought a new 202 Jeep from this dealership 4 months ago and we traded our perfectly fine ZL1 for this junk of a car. Just to find out 4 months later that the car ver heats every 5 seconds! We took it in yesterday to get it checked. Mind you we paid for a warranty that is supposed to cover anything and everything MOTOR wise, mechanical, and transmission. Just for them to take 10 hours to check the car, $250 for diagnostic, and claiming the warranty wasn't approved we would have to pay out of pocket $15k = 3k to have the engine removed from the vehicle!!! Why would we have to pay for repair on a on "Good condition" vehicle? Not to mention when we purchased the vehicle they refrained from letting us know the final price to which come to find out this piece of junk was $65k We will see them in court!!

Adrian Parnass is incompetent, aggressive, rude,

Adrian Parnass is incompetent, aggressive, rude, condescending, completely apathetic, and spectacularly lacking in professionalism (and racist in my experience). We visited the dealership to trade in our Mazda and explore potential purchase options. The initial salesman was courteous, offering us coffee and snacks despite our polite refusal. After a test drive, Adrian took over without understanding our requirements. He aggressively pushed us to make a quick decision, and when we explained we needed time to weigh our options, he turned rude and condescending. His sarcastic comment, "Did you stop here for coffee and then intend to go to your drive to LA," was uncalled for. When we tried to reason with this numb person and failed to get a logical thought through his brick for brains, he dismissively said, "See you after 4 years," referencing a previous visit for a repair. At that time they had done the evaluation voluntarily when we were only there for a repair on the car. Adrian never apologized, leaving us feeling undervalued and disrespected. Thankfully, the initial salesman and Ricky Aguilar showed some empathy, but the damage was done. This dealership lost our business and made us feel unappreciated, contrary to their claims of valuing loyal customers. Beyond disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX- 50 April 2024. While driving the car home the service engine light came on. My husband called the dealership and was told the sensor just needed to be reset. Angel from the dealership came to help but was unable to fix the problem. The car was taken back to the dealership on May 1st to be repaired. On the way home from the dealership the service engine light came on again. Called dealership and returned the car the next day. We we told Monday May 6th the car was repaired and just needed to be checked out by a Mazda representative before being released. We called on Tuesday May 7th and unfortunately the car has not been able to be repaired after several attemps. We are now waiting for the genaeral manager to tell us the next step. We paid cash for a new car that we have now been with out for 11 days. The car had 9 miles on it when we purchased it. First Mazda and never will we own one again. Needless to say we are beyond frustrated.
