This is an outstanding dealership and service department. I would highly recommend Volvo of Virginia Beach to anyone considering a Volvo purchase or needing a solid shop to repair or maintain their vehicle. The service managers, Ed and Blake are professional and knowledgable and go above and beyond to take care you and repairs to your Volvo

Worse dealship
Worst service ever. I purchased my Volvo from here. After the purchase care and consideration plummeted. I received poor service and communication from that point on. I scheduled service on my vehicle for 1pm. I dropped my vehicle off at 1130a so that I could go about my day without worrying about dropping it off. By one was informed my car had not been moved and unknown when it would be serviced. If not for the efforts of Connie I don’t know when my car would have been worked on. I originally Scheduled my vehicle for inspection, upon arrival it was suggested I get oil change and brake fluid change. By 230-3 I asked for just the inspection to be done. I received my car back after 330p. I don’t who owns or runs this dealership but they really need to consider making serious changes so as not to loose any further customer.
Worse dealship
Worst service ever. I purchased my Volvo from here. After the purchase care and consideration plummeted. I received poor service and communication from that point on. Wynne Volvo Service Dept
I have a Volvo xc60 2019. I generally drive it locally. Driving for an hour or less. Recently I had to take a 4 hour business trip and after 2 hours the AC shut off. It was in the summer in the south so this made for a difficult drive. I also felt that driving the car with out the climate control unit was dangerous as I could not defog the windshield. I contacted my service department at Wynne Volvo Virginia Beach and I spoke with Connie Marshburn a service advisor. She worked with me patiently to try to figure out what my problem could be. I told her I was out of town and needed to get this looked at. I asked her if the local Volvo Dealer that I was close to would honor the extended warranty, she said they should. I contacted Cary Volvo in North Carolina and they told me they would not be able to help me because they were booked up for 2 weeks. I called Connie Marshburn back and she made an appointment with Wynne Volvo as soon as I got back from my business trip. It happened that I was able to get back to my home town and I went to Wynne Volvo immediately. They were VERY helpful. They were booked solid but did take my SUV and were able to fix my problem that day. I can not thank Wynne Volvo and the service staff they have enough . Particularly Connie, as she kept me informed every step of the way about the service of my vehicle. I have been to the service department for all of my maintenance. I have always been treated professionally and with what always felt extra care. Thank you again for fixing my car with me just showing up unannounced. Thank you Connie Marshburn for your dedication to trouble shooting my problem. Taking the time to hear me try to describe my problem. Thank you to all the service department staff for such 5 star attention.

Labor Rip OFF
I've been driving Volvo's for more than 20 years. All purchased from Wynne. The first service manager I had Allan Campbell was AWESOME and always took care of me and advised me on what maiantaince I needed and provided me with a cost up front. Well, he retired. When I took my car in for the 70k point check service, I was charged a little over $400. in part, no problem, BUT here's catcher, I was charge almost $1200 in labor!!! I wrote a letter to the general manager expressing my concerns and months later I still have not heard anything from Volvo. It enough to make me want to leave Volvo cars behind and go with a better make of car.

Misdiagnosis cost me $199 with no compensation
The service department had me pay $199 for a diagnosis that gave us 5 different codes. One of the codes showed a faulty part that was already replaced by a Volvo dealer part. When I had my mechanic look at it along with a friend of his that work for Volvo, he stated the 5 codes wasn't even the main problem but something else. My mechanic fixed the correct part and saved me $1400 from the quote Volvo gave me. Of course they say they don't accept other outside codes but they don't seem to know their own cars and misdiagnosed my car. I am trying to get some compensation out of the misdiagnosed fee of $199 not even looking for a refund. I had to buy the part at $157 and luckily minimum cost on labor. So good luck paying a diagnosis fee and being told the wrong information by the maker of the car. WOW!

Awesome Sauce!!!!
The service team was awesome sauce!!!!! could have used a car wash though. :-) The car was delivered back in good condition and in a timely manner during these times.

2011 Ford Taurus Limited
I was in search of a used car for my wife and after looking online we noticed that this dealership had a 2011 Ford Taurus for sale at a great price with less than 70K (Clean CarFax). 2011 Ford Taurus Limited
I was in search of a used car for my wife and after looking online we noticed that this dealership had a 2011 Ford Taurus for sale at a great price with less than 70K (Clean CarFax). I was contacted by Amy with internet sales to schedule a test drive and the following day my wife and I met with Roy.
