Quick, polite, and professional.

Quick, polite, and professional. I drive over a lot of screws, apparently, and have gotten a couple flats. This place has patched two separate tires and they’ve both been pleasant experiences.

The price for an oil change and tire rotation was

The price for an oil change and tire rotation was reasonable, especially with a military discount. Staff was friendly and vehicle work was completed by lunch time. Thank you!

I had amazing service during my visit.

I had amazing service during my visit. I was able to find a vehicle in my price range and that was big enough for my needs. My salesman was very patient helping me find the right vehicle in my price range. He also was very informative. This was my first time at this dealership and my first Honda and I know it will be my first choice in the future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions that I had regarding my old car and the new one. Are willing to take extea care of the new car I am getting. Very professional. Answered all my questions in terms that I could understand.

Everyone was friendly & helpful.

Everyone was friendly & helpful. I had a recall & the service was quick. I received an email on 8/26 suggesting that I was due for my first service. I requested that also. All the was done was the fluids were checked. I was told that oil couldn’t be changed until I the life was below 30% and my car is at 50%. I drive 1 & 1/2 hours for my appointments and they only checked the fluids. On my invoice it said to schedule my next service at 10,000 miles. When I called back & explained my mileage was at 9938 I was told they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointing!!! I’m a senior citizen & thought they should have checked my tires, pressure & such as was described in the email.
