I'm a ,66 year old female who bought this vehicle alone.

I'm a ,66 year old female who bought this vehicle alone. I take back my previous review. Bought a 2019 Toyota and got no key in fob. After some back and forth I drove hour back to co. To get the key made. They tried also another fob for me at my dollar but it didn't work. So, they said come back again next week. Get in car to go home, and check engine light came on. I called John and he said to talk to guy who was trying to program a new key fob for me. My lights on dash said remote start malfunction. And my cruise control is no longer working. Mahamad said he only cut key. But he tried to program a fob. Still trying to get someone to take care of this. Starting to feel like I'm getting the run around. Will put out an update when I get this taken care of.

Brought an Audi Q3 from the S.

Brought an Audi Q3 from the S. alpine location on March 12th. By March 18th my check engine light came on. They told me to take it to Auto zone and have a diagnostic ran on it. It came back with several problems wrong with the engine. I informed them and they gave me the run around about bringing it in. When really they just wanted to push me off until my 15 day warranty was over and they wouldn’t be responsible. I took it in before hand and left it with them for a few days. They told me it was ready and I picked it up. A week later the engine light came back on with the same exact problems as the first time. They told me I need to go through my warranty to get it fixed before it was after the 15 day/500 mile dealership warranty. Why would I have to do that when it’s the exact problems they claimed to have fixed. If it was different then I would understand. It’s clear they never fixed the problem. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because they sold me a car with engine problems and then lied about fixing it . Terrible business. Not to mention when I came in I was talked to so badly by one manager who was racist and aggressive with me.

Upscale Auto Mall

Upscale Auto Mall, My husband and we’re very satisfied with our buying experience. Edgar was very helpful with and has generational experience in the Rockford area. This place was upscale with beautiful automobiles to choose from. The show room floor boast some very eccentric rides for even the thrill seeking drivers. We found a very nice car and we’re pleased that we could find such a beautiful car locally. They had no issues with us having the car inspected, of course after obtaining secure information. A very easy and smooth transaction and would refer them to anyone serious and looking for a great vehicle. Thank you Twins Auto Mall for a pleasant, professional experience.

Sales person and overall outlook of the dealership

Working with Kaspar Goebel was an absolute pleasure... Very friendly and motivated to help me (any customer). Keeps himself busy knowing the product. I would feel very comfortable dealing with Kaspar.

RIP OFF

POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND THEY WASTE YOUR TIME ON CARS THAT THEY CHANGE THOUSENDS MORE THAN THE VEH. IS WORTH AND MOST OF THE VEH. THEY HAVE ARE AUCTION CARS THEY BOUGHT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL

Had a great experience here.. This our 4th purchase that we have had with Edgar. He always takes care of my want and needs.. By time i found the right car he already had my checkout process ready for me to go.. Highly recommended..

Did not fix the problem

Did not fix the problem . I would not recommend. Promised to fix the problem but they never did! I took the van in three times and they never fixed it! I paid over five hundred to fix it my self!
