Highlander

Ashley found our last car before we retire.this was our 4th car from this dealer,Ashley. Was fantastic ..Brian the sales manager was also great he made it happen.Arnold another dale man helped also.and our closing was smooth with Emily.she had helped us 3 our of the 4 cars that we bought..Toyota products are really good..and the sevice dept is great ..Robbie is the go to guy.

The only place for great service

Very satisfied with the service and sales...Ashley made the experience fun.and found exactly what we wanted..also the sales manager Brian the sales,manager was a great help also..and not to forget Emily in the closing dept she's helped us 3 times out of 4 car that we had purchased there.....

Customer Friendly Dealership

I recently bought a 2018 Camry. Arnold Cwirko, my sales consultant, could not have been more helpful. The car I wanted to see was ready for a test drive when I got there, and the buying process went smoothly. Arnold took extra time to help me get things set up in the car, like connecting my phone to the Bluetooth and assisting with downloading some apps to use with the system. everyone was friendly and professional. The dealership is lovely and obvious attention has been given to customer comfort.

Very friendly, no pressure, no worries.

It was like talking to a friend about what you're looking for. Bought a new Corolla a car that will last me through retirement.

Just purchased a certified highlander

I found a 2017 certified Highlander at this dealership through CarGurus. When I requested information, the salesperson responded almost immediately. The dealership was honest in their responses to me and offered a no haggle fair deal. There was no pressure when I did the test drive and I bought the car as soon as I drove it. I was in and out within 3 hours. The whole experience was great.

Excellent Customer Service

Philip C greeted me at the door with a big smile as I pulled into a parking space. He asked how he could help me and offered refreshments. He seated me comfortably and we discussed cars until we narrowed it down to Corollas and he suggested a nice used model which he owns. This was very helpful to know how it suits him. He immediately went to pull it up for me. We had a short test drive and then discussed a second option of a new last year's model. He went to pull that out for me and we had a bit longer test drive. Then we discussed features on the current model and I wanted those. He jumped up to get that car and it felt just right. As I drove he filled me in on all the features - pretty amazing! So I decided on that car and Philip seated me in a MASSAGE chair, with some tea! Pretty soon he reappeared and guided me to Emily S. who is a wonderful finance officer. Emily graciously explained all the paperwork and guided me through all the service options and I COULD NOT BELIEVE that I got to drive my NEW COROLLA home!!! I was just going to look at cars and now it is done. I love this car and it is a perfect fit. As I left, Philip and Emily treated me like a celebrity and all the staff waved me goodbye and extended handshakes and congratulations. What an exceptional experience. I went back 4 days later to get the car polished and the seats waterproofed and again Philip met me at the door with a huge smile before I even parked. He wanted to know how the car is doing and offered me refreshments - these are actually pretty heavy treats or lunch. He asked if ai had any questions, seated me with some tea and said it would be ready in about an hour. I enjoyed the massage chair again, Emily appeared for signing a last form and in a short while Philip came to say the car was ready. Once again Emily appeared to Congratulate me and offer good wishes. All the staff smiled and nodded. Philip walked me to the car and explained and showed me the beautiful finishing features. Then he waved me off with a big smile and many good wishes, saying he would call in a few days or so to see how the car was doing. The car is perfect, service fast and efficient, sales and finance staff OUTSTANDING!! I feel like part of the Battlefield Toyota family! It is a pleasure to go to this business.

Bad Service Repair

I've had my Toyota Rave 4 there 4 times to be repaired and it still isn't right. Lights still come on. Taking it back this week for the 5th time. They are just part changer's nothing else. Very bad work....Stay away from this place.
