I was extremely pleased with the entire procurement process on the BMW 328d XDrive that I purchased from TRICARS. I am glad I came across their website and business. One of the greatest advantages of using this business over a traditional dealership is the fact that they don't charge a bunch of dealer and freight fees. They have upfront clear pricing that is reasonable and within current market value of the vehicles. They go above and beyond to ensure their online listings have over 60 pictures of each vehicle, so you can really see what it looks like prior to arrival. Overall my best experience buying a car and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a luxury car. Their facility is very clean and their manager AJ was extremely helpful.

Never ever purchased a vehicle over the Internet site unseen. This was a first and I was very skeptical but I took the chance. AJ at tricars was very personable, knowledgeable, and offered no pressure to buy. Purchased the car on a Wednesday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. AJ did all the work. Contacted a transporter and coordinated the delivery with me. I would highly recommend AJ for your future purchases. He was very truthful and honest with the condition of the car. He sent pictures of every little scratch. At the delivery time I couldn't even see the scratches he pointed out. I would highly recommend dealing with AJ for your next used auto purchase. Very honest and honorable.

Matt helped me with the purchase of Lexus GS350. He was available even after hours to answer questions and was able to pay for the alignment that was off and also reimbursed me back for the few scratches on the car. Since I live in VA the delivery and pickup of my trade in was easy and time saver since they sent the truck. Would definitely recommend and purchase future vehicles here.

These guys are a class act. I'd give 10 stars if the system allowed. Have bought and sold/traded-in over 15 cars in several states over the past 35 years and this experience was above and beyond what I have ever seen. No exaggeration, no lies, no pressure, no stress when dealing with them. I am now customer for life and will recommend to friends and family and colleagues. Never thought I'd recommend a used car dealership to anyone. But here it is. Highly recommended.

We found the car we were looking for at a great price but we were from several states away. They advertised free shipping and no questions asked returns so we decided to call and see how we could get more info on the car. Matt offered to set up a call via FaceTime where he would go over every detail of the car and show us video. We were able to see any blemishes and ask questions. We decided to go through with the purchase. It was an easy process. The car was shipped to us and Matt kept in contact to make sure we received the car and were happy with it. When it arrived, it did have some additional scratches in the bumper that we did not see in the video. We sent pictures to Matt and we assume this happened during transport. It wasn?t a deal breaker but Matt and Highline garage made us happy customers by getting a quote to fix the scratches and crediting us that amount. We didn?t even ask. They just made it right. We will certainly do business again when we?re in the market for a vehicle.
