Northtown Auto Sales

Great little dealership. Bought a salvage car from them and it has had no issues. Been a few years now and all I have had to do is the regular maintenance. If you are interested in a car, I'd recommend going out there and checking them out. The price was right and the cars I checked out were good.

He doesn't inspect his vehicles!! He sold me a truck that had a bad frame/rusted out frame, a leaky transmission, and needed a new timing belt. We bought the truck during the holidays. In doing so, we had to wait for a mechanic to become readily available to inspect. After receiving the inspection, we immediately called the owner of Northtown Auto Sales and they were out of town. They left for a month, and we couldn't get a hold of them. We got a hold of him on 1/24/23, a whole month after purchasing and he doesn't want to do anything to correct the problem. Said he lost out on money on this vehicle as is and it's our fault for not bringing it back right away. We tried to reason with the owner but instead he continued to yell at me about how he's not going to give us back the money and how he's only able to offer a new vehicle at a discounted price or $1000 in return. He's a horrible business owner and an even worse mechanic if this is how he goes about conducting business. He doesn't inspect the vehicles and all we want is our money back. He's a crook and a thief selling bad vehicles to hard working people.

I tried to look at cars at many other places and no other dealerships would even try to haggle, some said their policy is not to haggle. I'm buying a car so haggling is kind of part of it. North town auto sales was very reasonable with their price and when I saw the car the price came down even further because of minor wear to the vehicle like any dealership should.

The people over at Northtown Auto are more than patient, fair, and understanding. I had a great experience with Fatima when I stopped by as she is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealer to find some of the best used cars in the northern metro!
