I went to HM Brown in person on May 3rd to start the process of buying a vehicle for my wife. I gave some parameters of what I was looking for. I was told I would be contacted when any prospects would be found. After 1 month, no response. I emailed and called and I felt the broker had forgotten I even spoke with him. I informed him that I could bend the parameters to widen the search and I even sent links to over 10 vehicles to give an idea of what I was looking for. Another month passes and by 4th of July I had sent another email to inquire the status. By the way, I can travel and I was willing to go national for a vehicle. Again, crickets on a response. After 3 months of no information, no response and no action, I had no choice but to take my money and business elsewhere. Within 1 week, I was able to purchase my wife's dream car by August. I was basically ghosted by HM Brown from the start. I don't know if they didn't take me seriously or plain forgot about me. Poor customer service.
