Great service a very clean facility

I had a great experience at your Ford Company everybody is nice and they got everything done they make sure that everything is working good in your car and they wash your car and it was really nice and I really appreciate it

Good salesman David

Salesman David Salerno was easy to work with. He was very patient and listened to what I needed as I changed my interest from a SUV to a truck

Great Service

I did not have an appointment but had a dead battery in my car before going to work. I was able to jump start it and brought it in right away. I was impressed how quickly they were able to take care of my vehicle without an appointment and get me to work on time. Thanks!

Customer service sucks!

Reached out to them and got a fast automated email response. 2 days later I get a guy telling me that yes indeed they had it in stock but did not provide me with a trade in quote. We spoke on the phone and he wanted me to rush into buying. I sent him vin number and pics, have still to hear from him. I check the same truck with same stock # a few days later and they raised the price by about 3 grand. 5 days later I got a “ how satisfied are you” email. I said nada satisfied ok then 2 days later they call me. I mean I appreciate the worry I mean the DELAYED worrisome you guys got

Awesome service as usual.

Bring my truck in for almost everything that needs a professional. I do all the little things (brakes, sensors, coolant flush, thermostat, window motors, shattered rear window which I know has been an issue and other things). All in all, you are great for service and quality. You even wash my truck once in awhile and on occasion give complimentary washer fluid. What's not to like? Just awesome...

Oil Change. Great Service.

Responsive! Attention! Care! Delivery! Timely! Arrived at the Service center. Door was open. checked in! Service was immediate. Krysty went over and above to assist me. I value that.

Great experience

It was the best experience I have had buying a truck. They let me drive different trucks and Frank the sales person was very knowledgeable about of the different options on the trucks. I never felt pressured to buy but felt fully informed about what I was buying. I bought this truck in a state that I don't live in but would go back there again especially if Frank were still there.
