Friendly staff, convenient location, great mechani

Very friendly staff and convenient location. They took care of a recall that I wasn't even notified of yet! My mechanic, Dan, is wonderful.

Misleading advertised pricing

I asked for details on F-150 pricing found on Cars.com and on Gillespie website. Customer service first told me pricing is correct, then sales manager sent quote that was $6000 more. When I asked about difference I was then put in contact with salesman who told me website was wrong on that vehicle. I checked later and it was changed but still $2000 less than sales manager quoted. Talked to salesman again who confirmed all pricing was correct. I then offered to purchase a different truck at advertised price and never heard from them again. BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH type of pricing with goal of getting you to dealership!
