Buying a Car
First time car buyer but everyone worked as one team that was able to provide instant feedback for any and all questions. I provided information on what I was looking to get and I got exactly that. There was no attempts to upsell to a different car, I got exactly what I wanted.

Helpful! Noah asked what my needs were and showed me models that would meet these needs and pointed out how the sales incentives on new models might end up make it more sense to purchase a new model for the long term benefit, I came in to see the new Bronco but, none were available to see! But, Noah was so friendly and openly apologetic that the Ford website was misleading and willing to show me what they currently had so I could have a comparison then, if I was still wanting a Bronco he would help me reserve one with the features I needed. It was really a fun experience to car shop and by with him guiding me through the experience! Thank you again!

Great service and attention to customer detail
Alex kept us informed during the time our Ford Fusion problem was being investigated and repaired. He made sure we had loaners during this time too. We'd use Alex again whenever we need service.
