Unsurpassed Customer Service by the Sales Mgr. Neal Dossett

My experience with Neal (the sales Manager) couldn't have been better. I came to the dealership after having bought a Mercedes from a small dealership. I didn't get questions answered from the place I bought it. It came with no owners manual and they could't hook my bluetooth up. I also had a license plate not put on properly and a fuse out of my charger. Neil was so kind, knowing full well I was not buying from him that day. He assisted me with EVERYTHING and was so kind and gracious regardless. I will, without a doubt purchase a vehicle from Neil or his sale team at Mercedes-Benz Wesley Chapel the next time I purchase a car. In the mean time I will refer anyone in the market. Comparing this dealer to the Tampa ........................Wesley Chapel blows Tampa away!!! Go see Neil Dossett!!!!

My salesperson is Bianca Presti and I appreciate the courtesy, and helpfulness I received at Mercedes Benz in Wesley Chapel. Bianca made sure I understood the sales practices and programs that would be offered to me that day. From the moment I walked through the door I was given a friendly smile (sincere) that set the tone. I also want to thank the finance manager (Lewis) for his time and efforts in getting me the best financing available. I have purchased cars before but have never had such help in working with Lewis. My best interests were evident with working with all at Mercedes Benz Wesley Chapel. Thank you!

My overall experience with Mercedes and especially Jennifer Yost was excellent. Ms. Jennifer was very responsive to my emails and calls. Ms. Jennifer was patient and provide the most quality customer service, which made my car buying experience pleasurable.

Best Mercedes Dealer in Tampa Bay

This was my tenth service experience with Thomas Allen, I had to go back to Service because of Allen's genuine concern for my satisfaction. My experience was pleasant again.

Jason was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to get us a new lease with the terms we had requested when trading up our old lease. He was very professional and super friendly. I hope to see him again and get to work on another lease trade in 3 years.

Love my new C250. Great experience at Wesley chapel

Love my new car. My salesman Richard Diaz did an awesome job for me. Would definitely recommend Wesley chapel mercedes to friends and family. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Extremely satisfying.

All the staff were excellent, specially our salesperson. She was laid back, not pushy. Willing to demo all vehicles and answer all our questions. She was courteous and diligent. Once we settled on a vehicle she quickly presented our offer and worked with management to get the deal done. At the time of delivery she went through all the specifics and scheduled a follow up for missed or unaddressed issues. Management and business office were also very easy to work with. Overall it made our experience one that will certainly get us to come back when we are ready for the next vehicle. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel and in particular Ms. Hager.
