Our salesman, Robert Brown, was very polite, attentive, and understanding of our wants. We were in the dealership four separate days. Robert communicated with us throughout our entire experience. We originally were looking at a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. After much thought and discussion on our part, we decided to look at new CR-Vs. Robert was understanding and helpful throughout our buying experience.

great service. Heather was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this service department to anyone with a Honda. I was very happy they wore mask's, to protect me and I wore mine to help protect them.

I love my new vehicle and I am very happy with the service I recieved. The dealership was immaculate and I witnessed door knobs being cleaned, very reassuring during Covid. My salesman Al Meneses was knowledgeable and very informative and a great guy to work with. My finance advisor Michael Coelho was also very knowledgeable and thorough. The entire experience was enjoyable. Thanks to the entire staff.

John was great throughout the entire process. He truly performed as a consultant, offering different models of an Odyssey, as well as a thorough discussion on purchasing outright, a lease or an auto loan. John was low pressure but at the ready to help us out and that was perfect for us. Highly recommend John!

Service was quite good. I was also there to buy an extended warranty. That experience was not so good. It took 3 people and several iterations of their offers for them to settle on a correct price. Besides better training and better computer programs, I have one other suggestion. The final contract was put on a form meant for a buyer of a car, not a warranty. You need to design and use a form especially for warranties. The car buyer's form had all kinds of verbiage that did not apply to a warranty purchase. In the end I got a deal that, while expensive, seems worthwhile. But the whole process needs to be improved. I did rate 5 stars here because this survey is specifically about the service of the car and that was five star.
