Flew out from AZ for the best deal!

Jake and the team at Alfa Romeo Erie have a fantastic passion for both their product and giving customer's an A-Z world class experience. Being located in Phoenix Arizona, I was searching nationally for a Stelvio Ti Sport. However, with chip related inventory shortages, it quickly became apparent that getting this beautiful Italian SUV within my budget was a tall order. A quick Autotrader search later, I began communicating with Jake regarding his inventory. From the beginning, it was apparent that he wanted to get me behind the wheel and treated me like an old friend... even taking my call after work hours (3-hour time zone difference). A couple emails later, I received the best quote in the country and was sold! Again, big thanks to the Auto Express team for their assistance towards a fantastic Automobile; and if you are on the fence about going Alfa over the many German rivals... go see the car in person and experience how it drives. Your heart, neighbors, and wallet will all be happy!

Indifferent

In the very early stages of shopping for a “new to me” AKA used vehicle. Did a lot of research online and ended up here. As far as treatment, the salesman was great. I’ve always dealt with very pushy salespeople and this was not the case. However, there were multiple issues with one of the vehicles that were not listed on their site nor the vehicle’s CarFax and when I brought these issues up, I still did not get a clear answer or solution. I also discovered that many of the used cars at this dealership come from auction, which isn’t really what I’m looking for. Still shopping around, hoping to find “the one.”

Ask For Andrew Askins. Realest salesmen I've met.

This is Dakota Page. I bought a 2017 Nissan rogue and traded in my 2010 ford ranger. Pricing was all wonderful. The vehicle is incredible. The mpg is double what my truck got. Andrew Askins helped me from start to finish, I went from having little idea of what I wanted to finding exactly what I wanted all within 3 hours. Paperwork and all took no time, it was hassle free, headache free and the whole staff at the location was crazy helpful! I even walked out paying $50 a less by switching through their insurance with progressive. Absolutely the most incredible sales experience I have received. I used to run Hospitality management for Sheetz and I have to say Andrew Askins was highly impressive and the staff all performed extremely well with a smile. I couldn't be happier about the whole process. I wasn't going to trade in my truck either but they made everything so painless I felt good about flipping it over. Truly, truly incredible, Andrew should be running his own store. His insight, understanding of human psychology, business practices, and sales principles are absolutely wonderful and helpful in the selection and journey process. You couldn't find realer sales agents. I usually hate sales processes.

Leased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport

We recently leased a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport with Justin Sutton at Auto Express and could not be happier with the experience. We were out of state buyers and Justin worked with us to make the whole process as streamlined and stress-free as possible. When we flew into town, he had arranged for us to be picked up at the dealership and we were on the road in our new Alfa in under an hour. Justin was very upfront with the pricing, which was extremely competitive, and there were no surprises when it came time to sign the deal. I highly recommended working with Justin and Auto Express. We don’t regret bypassing the 3 dealerships within two hours of us to work with them at all and will hopefully did it again in the future.

Quick customer service apparently doesn’t exist

I am from out of state and was interested in buying a used vehicle from this dealership. It took them days to respond to my email to request more information before I could make my decision about driving down to look at the vehicle. Took so long for them the respond I ended up going elsewhere.

Mixed Reviews?

I can?t imagine these guys getting anything but the highest marks possible for customer service and great vehicles. They found me a pearl of a vehicle for under 10K and made it fit my monthly budget all while treating me like a king. You can?t ask for a better group of guys !

Great experience!

I live in Texas and have been shopping for a new car online. So it happens, the perfect car was in PA, waiting for me at Auto Express dealership. Justin and Tim went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the deal. They were happy to explain the details and answer my questions (and I had plenty!).

Beware of hidden fees

Beware of extra costs not included with the posted price on the car. This dealership has several inexpensive cars sold as-is...needing repairs. My sister is on a really tight budget and looking for something very inexpensive. Her son can do repairs so we set out to get a car that was priced low due to need for repairs. We found a Jeep for her at a cost of $695. It needs a brake line and a few other things. We knew the title and taxes would add about $150. We were still within her budget and that would leave money in her bank account for a few parts for repairs. We were surprised when the total was almost $1000. The dealership has a "documentation fee" of $138. Our sales person said this was for the notary and did not add to the profit for the dealership. However, the notary is included with the fee for the title ($117). I had a conversation with the owner who explained the fee. This is a direct profit to the dealership. The sales person was surprised to learn this. He then tried to explain it as a fee for the person who takes care of the paperwork. So it's like going to Walmart and buying a computer for $500. You expect to pay taxes at checkout. Now imagine if there is also a fee of $138 for the cashier. Just when you think you've got a good price of $500, it is actually $638! Why the price of the car does not reflect the actual price you are paying is beyond me. That's a hefty price for filing the paperwork on a cash purchase. If you are buying a $50,000 car the additional $138 is hardly noticeable. However, when on a tight budget, every penny counts. To top it off, we sat for over 2 hours waiting to pay for the car so we could leave.

Feel free to call us at 814-679-4135 with any questions. Sounds like you were charged a document fee just like every other customer that's purchased a car from us. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and I hope the Jeep is working out for your sister.

Consumer

Even though we purchased a moderately priced auto, we were treated like we had bought a high end car! The whole experience was very pleasant! I now consider our salesman a friend!!
