The owner Robbie is dishonest and a junk peddler. We purchased a BMW 128i from him, which he claimed was his "personal vehicle" and was in great condition. In less than two weeks of ownership it has had a check engine light for a leaking valve cover (which he "promised" was just an evap system issue), stability control warning lights come on, a flat tire (which showed clear evidence of having been driven on while flat previously), discovered that the air conditioner doesn't work. That one is funny...Robbie claimed that an air conditioner isn't supposed to come on unless it's hot outside...LOL. We had a professional mechanic confirm the a/c had a broken hose and shows evidence of having been broken for some time. The car is also leaking oil. We requested on several occasions that Robbie simply refund our money and we will return the car to him. He has repeatedly refused, and hung up the phone on us. He told us "If you buy something from Macy's and aren't happy with it, you don't return it". Yeah Robbie...actually you do. We are in the midst of pursuing Robbie legally, as well as brining significant media attention to his business. Don't buy from him, he is a stereotypical slimy car dealer.

Called to make sure a car was in perfect cosmetic condition, and they told me it was. I then drove 43 miles to get the car to arrive and see that the car had scratches, paint chips, dents, and loose parts everywhere. The interior needed a cleaning and it even had nail polish stains that could have been easily cleaned off of plastic. The sunroof also showed signs of leaks. Never going back. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to an enemy.

I inquired three times about a car and never heard a response. Was as if the dealer did not want to even sell the car. Very frustrating and would not recommend at all.
