Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Aiken

I took my truck in for the regular maintenance oil change. Everyone is very friendly. Though the wait was a little long for an old change, I had no issues. I'm a satisfied customer and will be back for more service needs.

This is the 3rd time I have had to take my truck into their service department for repair. Each time, it takes at least a week for them to look at it. Each time, they don't even have a loner I can use. The parts/repair have each time been under warranty. This time they said they wont offer the warranty because the part had been tampered with??? I am not a car mechanic. I would never tamper with a part that was under WARRANTY!!! So now I'm stuck with a broke down truck, with a warranty that I will have to pay thousands to get get fixed AGAIN!!! No thank you- going elsewhere.

I would definitely refer Bob Richards Chrysler Jeep to others, as a matter of fact I already did. The whole team was very helpful and particularly Wesley and Mingo. The whole experience was excellent.

Have purchased 3 vehicles from Bob Richard's. We have also had the same salesman men for all! Lamar Johnson is the go to guy! He will do everything he can to get you in the car you want at a price you can afford!! Will not go anywhere else! Other places are too pushy!

Worked with Lamar on a used car I'd seen advertised. The car was good but I found another of the same model that was newer, and had less miles for a much lower price. Facilities were clean but older and very crowded on a Saturday morning.

I honestly felt bad at one point as if I was under paying for what I received. (Lol not bad enough though to volunteer more money). I love my new car and couldn't thank Lamar and all staff that made this deal possible. Can't forget to say Thank you to the gentleman that wiped that thing down one last time and made the Ivory Pearl baby sparkle!! Yall have made this retired vet very happy..
