Exceptional experience dealing with Central Maine Toyota! Our sales associate Matt Loubier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire car buying process. My wife and I had many questions about the vehicle's newer technologies and Matt always knew the answers. We highly recommend Matt and the Central Maine Toyota dealership.

Exceptional experience dealing with Central Maine Toyota! Our sales associate Matt Loubier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire car buying process. After some early miscommunication I have nothing but
After some early miscommunication I have nothing but praise for the service group at CM Toyota. They are top notch. From the time I arrived the I was treated with courtesy. Everyone involved with getting my car back on the road this made it as painless as possible for me. Someone checked on my warranty, and that all was in order before I arrived with my car. I spoke to Brad and he thought knew what the problem was and let me know the part was back ordered. He later called me to confirm the diagnosis and let me know that Toyota was paying for the rental car. A gentleman ( I did not get his name) made sure I had a rental car available and also made sure I had a ride to Enterprise to pick up the rental car. He stayed with me at Enterprise until the keys for the rental were in my hand. Then Matt at Toyota rentals found another car from their fleet that I had for two weeks after that. What was bound to be an ordeal was made a lot smoother because of the professional and courteous treatment I received from the staff at CM Toyota. Later, after walking up to the vehicle in a parking lot I noticed that the dent on the back panel had been smoothed out some too. Sorry I didn't see that when I picked up the car from the service area.

I dealt with Matt and Taylor both. This is my second new Highlander I have bought in Waterville. They are both very friendly, nice and very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back there again.

My Mother was in the market for a new ride. She purchased a Rav 4 from Bob Van Gordon and he was great to work with, very efficient! Took the time to listen to my mother and made her feel very comfortable. He was fair and exceptionally kind. Would definitely recommend!!

Don’t expect good service if your car you bought here is
Don’t expect good service if your car you bought here is older than ten years old. I’ve been abandoned and told they can not fix my 16 year old Yaris. Asked on last service if my car needed anything for inspection. Needed tires. Ordered tires. On installing, car was deemed uninspectable and unrepairable. A bit dubious. Think Toyota does not want to work on their cars older than ten years old. Mine is a gem and has been well maintained. Don’t believe what they are telling me. I am not an idiot. I know cars.

We cannot begin to express our concerns about the 32 day
We cannot begin to express our concerns about the 32 day turnaround time before our vehicle was even looked at! Don’t be fooled folks that your vehicle will be serviced promptly, or that it won’t sit for 32 days before being looked at! Even worse, when we went to pick up our vehicle, the problem still existed!

Ryan was great, we haggled over the price for a few days
Ryan was great, we haggled over the price for a few days and he was very quick to get back to me each time I emailed him. When I went to the dealership it was just a few hours and I was on my way home in my new truck. Great people to work with.
