Bruce Tetreault was tireless on what was a very busy afternoon in taking the time necessary to make my experience a positive one. He was cheerful, patient and followed up later on to make sure I had everything I needed.

I was on my way to a different Toyota dealership to look at a used Prius when I happened to think that I was driving right by Central Maine Toyota. I decided to stop in and see what they had for used Prius’. I have never bought from a dealer and have never really met any salesmen that I didn’t think were trying to take advantage of me. I just happened to stop there, they just happened to have the exact car/color/price range we were looking at and I just happened to run into Josh (salesman). I ended up walking out of the dealership with a Prius because Josh was so great to deal with and the car was such a great deal! I would hands down recommended Central Maine Toyota and especially Josh Buntin. Like I said it was my first dealer purchase, not because of finances, but because I don’t like the salesman B.S. Josh was great and made me feel very comfortable. He will be the first person I go see when looking to replace any other cars and will definitely be recommending him to anyome I know. I have a very happy wife with the car she wanted and a happy wallet from now spending less than half the amount of gas.

The salesperson, Bryan James, was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions. I appreciate the time he spent explaining how everything works in my new car.

I was really impressed with the staff who did a great job in assisting me in my purchase. We looked at several financing opportunities and what would work for me.

The service crew were my sunshine on a stormy day- even cleaning off my truck, warming it and pulling it up to the door! My mother gave me a ride to pick up my truck and her tire pressure light came on. They checked all my mother’s tires and made sure she was safe for the road.

We had a very positive buying experience with our salesman, Josh Buntin. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We will definitely be returning to buy another vehicle soon!
