Just leased my third BMW from Capital BMW and Kevin Overton was top-notch in his customer care and professionalism. My previous lease experiences were not too wonderful (at Capital), but Kevin's care and passion more than made up for them. The one thing that I would say that Kevin does really well is keep in communication with you about the details; I appreciated this very much. I would definitely recommend working with Kevin if you're in the market for a BMW (they're amazing vehicles!!).
