From the sales department to the service department I rate you guys a 10 out of 10!🤩 They worked with me to get me all that I could on my trade in Found different ways to make my brand new 2022 KIA Niro affordable for me The finance guy got me an unbelievable interest rate I’ve had my car into service twice The first time was complementary (wow) And then just the other day for my second oil change Victor was there immediately upon arriving Showed me inside and listened to what I could afford to have done He didn’t try to sell me things that would jack up my bill There wasn’t anything to have done, Except some fluid topped off my tires rotated and the oil change and, I’m Not kidding, I was out of there for less than $100!!!! I will never go a Anywhere else for my service or when I’m purchasing a new car I recommend NORTH COUNTY Kia so strongly to anyone who Might be contemplating buying a new car!

The service department customer service is absolutely

The service department customer service is absolutely horrible. Constant problems with car- new 5k transmission(found less expensive at ever other shop I called but believed in the Kia service was going to fix issue) and still have engine light coming on weekly. I am positive if I didn't call repeatedly they would never call me back. Left two messages today still no call back.

Shady shop - avoid like the plague!

I had a flat tire on Highway 78 on my 2019 Kia Niro. When lookig for the spare tire there was none. It appears that kia doesn't put spare tires in order to bolster their MPG rating, at least that is what I was told by the service department. I had the car towed to North County Kia in Escondido. I was then notified by a service advisor (Daniel) that I had to install a new tire ($200.00, but the rim was damaged also, which I thought might have happened and that would have to ordered for an additional $510.00. This eemed to high to me and I told Daniel that I could find it for less. He assured me that they would install the parts I bought. I then contacted the parts dept. and got the parts number for the rim and contacted KiaPartsNow.com and ordered a brand new complete assembly for $335.00. that includes both the rim and the wheel cover/hubcap. When the order was delivered, I brought it to Kia and told them it was the complete assembly (rim and cover). When I picked up the car it had the older damaged cover placed back on. They tried to tell me the cover wasn't in the box. The cover alone costs about another @110 on line. So I was upset that they only installed the rim and claimed that it wasn't in the box when I purchased a complete assembly I won't do business with them again!

Great Customer Service

Christina along with Jeff provided great customer service. The entire deal was negotiated via text & phone. I drove over 70 miles to pick up my car and Christina even offered to meet me half way if necessary. Every aspect if the deal was exactly as we had discussed. No bait and switch or funny business. I couldn't be happier with my Telluride SX Prestige!

SHADY DEALERSHIP!

We came to this dealership to trade in my wife's car, for a new model. Everything seemed okay, we did our part with the DMV, updated our mailing address, got our registration for our new car in the mail, and everything seemed good. Until a couple of months later, we get a large bill from Californias Toll roads. Asking for toll fees on the old car we traded in. We checked the dates that the car was driven on the toll roads, and the dates were AFTER we had traded our old car in. Which tells us, that the dealership sold the old car to someone without having the title transferred out of my wife's name, who KNOWS if they even had the title! We've tried to settle this matter with the dealership, for months, and they have not done anything about it, title transfers IS THEIR JOB after a trade. It's been 3 years, since we did this trade, and we keep getting toll road fees mailed to us. Which means the dealership, DESPITE our many conversations with them, has yet to resolve this issue. I will now be filing for investigations through the DMV and the Consumer Protection Agency. This dealership is NOT consumer friendly.

Great car, worse service department

Scheduled me to come in for a recalled part. When I got there they said they forgot to order it. I had to reschedule the appointment. Took off work for it. Had to miss another day of work. Took a lyft back home. They did not call me all day to let me know it was done even though they said they would. I called twice to check the status. No answer. Left voicemail with Stephanie, my repair rep. She never called me back. I decided to go back to dealership to see what's going on. Saw that my car was done but the repair center was closed. I had to beg a sales rep to get my keys for me so I could go home. Absolutely worse service. Avoid the Kia dealership repair center in Escondido CA. Unprofessional staff, clueless system, and organizational mess. Funny thing, a week after I got the recall repair done, I get a call from them telling me my recall part arrived and I need to take it in for a repair. I had to remind them that the repair was already done. The guy actually says back to me "no it isn't. I have your part here." What insanity! Love my Stinger but hate the repair shop.
