Dillon is a constant artist. Low balled me on my car. Down playing the rarity of it. Then marked it up sky high. Then I just talked to Capitol one. Im waiting to het paid. They had the car since yesterday and havent even paid it off to get the title. They have my car. But I dont have my money. Be careful dealing with this dealership!

Thank you for taking the time to review us and share your feedback. Regarding the valuation of your vehicle, we do not "low ball" offers. We utilize industry-standard guides to establish an estimated value and provide a fair offer based on that data. While I understand the desire to maximize your return, the offer was presented and agreed upon at the time of the transaction. We must account for trade allowances and potential customer discounts, which is why vehicles are priced accordingly. Regarding the payoff, this process takes time, which is why we request a 15-day payoff window. We will ensure that you receive the difference in the payoff as soon as the bank provides us with the title. We have done business with you several times over the years and we will make sure you are paid.

It has been over a month and i havent recieved all my money. And yall said 15 days? And yes very low balled me on my car. Or yall wouldnt have marked it up $12,000. Yall have done business with me several times ,correct. But everyone was a disaster. Jordan forgot to file for my warranty money till june 5th. Yall had the car a month at that time. Yall are the worse car lot i ever been too and i own a handful of cars. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone i didnt like. Yall are that bad.

Worst Service interaction ever. Two hours prior to my appointment I received a text that stated that I would need to leave my car and would be unable to wait for them to use an OBD to ensure I had the latest transmission software and remove a splash pan to visually check for any oil leaks. I was told that it may take several days for the mechanic to get to it and that they were very busy. No offer of a loaner car. I live 35 minutes away. The svc person gave me to the Service Manager, Larry Morris, who told me they would never have approved waiting for this type of service. I told him they did not and It says "client will wait" on the confirmation of the my appointment that I made back on 12/11. He stated that they are very busy and his staff would never do that while talking over me and finally saying "I don't need to take this abuse" and hung up on me. Maybe selling cars are what they're good at, however it certainly is not service.

The dealership was very nice and it was welcoming when we came in the door. They don’t try to push you too hard to make a decision on a vehicle and they will let you take your time when choosing and asking questions. They even kept the dealership open after close to finish up all of our dealings.
