Worst Service interaction ever.
Worst Service interaction ever. Two hours prior to my appointment I received a text that stated that I would need to leave my car and would be unable to wait for them to use an OBD to ensure I had the latest transmission software and remove a splash pan to visually check for any oil leaks. I was told that it may take several days for the mechanic to get to it and that they were very busy. No offer of a loaner car. I live 35 minutes away. The svc person gave me to the Service Manager, Larry Morris, who told me they would never have approved waiting for this type of service. I told him they did not and It says "client will wait" on the confirmation of the my appointment that I made back on 12/11. He stated that they are very busy and his staff would never do that while talking over me and finally saying "I don't need to take this abuse" and hung up on me. Maybe selling cars are what they're good at, however it certainly is not service.

The dealership was very nice and it was welcoming when we came in the door. They don’t try to push you too hard to make a decision on a vehicle and they will let you take your time when choosing and asking questions. They even kept the dealership open after close to finish up all of our dealings.
