There are hardly words to describe my experience at this amazing dealership. I have never felt so loved and taken care of. They went way beyond anything I could imagine to get me into my car. My husband passed away almost 5 months ago. This was the first time in my life that I have had to do a? big ? thing on my own. It was scary. They made it beautiful. I was so proud of myself ?, and the main reason I was in looking for a new vehicle, is that I have cancer and my monthly shot makes my joints hurt. I needed to find a vehicle that I could get in and out of easier. In the beginning, it looked like it was an impossible transaction. But, angels jumped in from above, and those beautiful humans at the dealership turned into earthly angels. I will never forget this experience for the rest of my life. Thank you is not enough. Bless each and everyone of them? ??????

2021 Blazer
Bought our 2021 Blazer, last August, we love it. Or overall experience with Tooele Motor Group was and continues to be excellent. They have gone above and beyond with the entire process of buying a new car, doing all possible to insure we found the best financing option, answering every question in detail. Explained the PRO / CON of extended warranty and service protection. Service has always been excellent and preformed in such a manner that made us fell that not only were we welcome but also that our time was valuable, time estimates for service have always been met or exceeded. Highly recommend Tooele Motor to anyone considering a new purchase. We visited many so-called local dealerships but NONE treated us as friendly and curiously as they. The few extra miles were well spent to get not only the auto we were seeking but the respect we were not afforded any where else. We were not just a potential Sale we were treated as Family. Tooele Motor Group has a customer for life, sales and service.

THE WAY CAR BUYING SHOULD BE!
My experience here was SUPERB, if I could turn back time I would have walked into this dealership first. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, the best price, got us all the discounts/rebates we qualified for, all upfront! Everything was straightforward and to the point! This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and will definitely be going back when I'm in the market again.

I had an appointment on Friday 3/6/2020 for warranty work on my 2014 Chevy Silverado. Upon return of the vehicle and driving the 2 miles to my home several dash lights came on as well as the truck did not want to stay running. When picking the truck up from the warranty work was only informed that the check engine light was coming on. However, on 3/12/2020 the service manager said the vehicle was not wanting to stay running while in the shop. I called the dealership and spoke with an employee and was told to bring the truck back and service would attempt to look at it on Saturday 3/7/2020 or at the latest Monday, 3/9/2020. It is now Thursday 3/12/2020 and finally got results by speaking with the service manager. There were several excuses given between Monday and Wednesday as to why the vehicle work had not been taken care of or even examined closer; the technician was sick; technician was late to work?? I am not sure at what point it became acceptable to push the issue of employees not coming to work/ able to perform job onto the paying customer. It is not as if the services are being preformed free of charge or was offered a loaner vehicle for having the vehicle in your shop nearly a week, when it was only to be there for 2 days or at the worst 4 days.
