Sheboygan dodge did a fabulous job meeting my criteria for a new vehicle, lowering my payments, having all of the features I was after, and a car I over all enjoy much more! Will be back!

As a first time vehicle buying, Joel made it extremely easy to find at car that fit mine and my family’s needs. I gave him a list of things that would be nice to have and he more then delivered!

I haver been a loyal customer for many years and buying 3 vehicles form them in the pasted. I purchased a 2013 Explorer XLT 6 years ago. The about 3 years ago traded in the Explorer and purchase a 2013 GMC Ardica from James at the Mazda dealership. He was a great guy to work with. Last year I traded in my 2018 Explorer XLT like new condition to buy the car I own now. Its a 2022 Explorer loaded with all chrome and extras. I traded in my nice car and still had to pay a 5 year note of $326 a month. I owned it 11 months now and decided to pay it off. Only putting on 8K miles Plus serving the vehicle with new tires, new brakes, Complete engine tune-up. LOF. etc spending over $1600. I wanted to know what I could get on a t5rade in on a 2018 Cadillac. with 158K on it. My car only had 120K and being 4 years newer thought i could get a good trade in. I checked with the banks what a 2018 Cadillac is selling for and they came up with $17k. They were asking 23K . After trying to get a trade in offer I was shocked They low balled me with an offer for a like new car at only $11,000. The value on the car is still selling for $19k. I am really depressed now knowing that this dealership doesn't care about there customers anymore. Since James is no long working there , They couldn't careless what you paid on a car 11 months ago and even up dating the vehicle with all new parts. I feel after going to another dealership and getting a offer of $17,800 i was taken advantage of. Be3ing a woman now a days you have to be so care full who you are dealing with. I spent them the pictures of my car with all the repairs e last 3 weeks ago. That didn't make any different they cut down the care they sold me last 11 months ago for $21k. I just paid off my load of $16,400 i still owed on it. After only owning it 11 months and having a 5 year note I decided to pay it off. Being a woman i feel that this dealership was taking advantage of me and knowing what my car should be worth trading in from 2 other dealers i will never go back there again. be care full if you are buying from this dealership. You may be screwed also. Where has all the good sales people gone too. I will keep my car but never again go back there. Joachim Peter I was dealing with the person name of Erich Voigt

Clean, quality service, super knowledgeable staff. Joel, in particular, is a wizard at understanding buy/lease/trade options and has helped us more than once make the best decision. We drive from another part of the state just to buy/lease vehicles from them, they are that good and reliable.
