Awesome experience!

Everett, Eric and the team at Herzog-Meier Mazda where amazing! I had my heart set on a brand new 2018 cx-5 and the team there helped me to get the best price for me and were actually able to get me into my budget. New CX5

After owning my last car for 18 years I decided it was time to look for a car with updated safety features. Today I found a CX5 with Jay Jordan's help at Herzog-Meier Mazda in Beaverton. Jay was patient with me while I made my decision and then spent time showing me how the new features worked. I drove away a happy new car owner. Thank you Jay!

Mazda dealership car buying

I hate shopping in general and car shopping tops that dislike until this experience at the Mazda dealership. Went there to look at one particular model but not wanting to buy that day. Rare is the person who will listen but without exception each person at Herzog-Meier listened and was helpful. Dylan Mendenhall was my helper on this transaction. I came away with a used vehicle without taking half a day to complete entire process. When or if I have to shop for a car again this is the first and only place to go.

Jay was super knowledgeable and helpful he made it less scarey. He answered all my questions.The dealership was very nice and clean. I had a snack while waiting. It was nice.

Bought my first car here

I hate shopping for cars.

We came over from Bend, Oregon and Jay was very helpful showing us a 2008 Acura MDX that they took on trade. He held the vehicle for 24 hours while we drove over the next day and were very pleased with his attention to detail and assistance. I would strongly recommend Jay Jordan

Thanks Austin!

We have taken at least 3 months or more to research and buy our first SUV. I did most of the legwork to save my wife the majority of the dealership hassles. During that time, I made several trips to Herzog-Meier Mazda. Each time, I worked with Austin Reeves. He is soft spoken, always upbeat ven when under the weather), patient and knowledgeable about the product. He never pushed us to purchase a vehicle. He was more than accommodating with my test drives and just plain pleasant to work with. Ultimately, after we both had a final test drive of a 2017CX-5, we decided to go ahead and lease it. Austin helped us through the process as well as getting us a very good price for my wife's trade-in. Bottom line: Austin Reeves is great! He did a great job and I won't hesitate to recommend him and Herzog-Meier as THE place to shop for a Mazda. Thank you Austin for being patient, having a good sense of humor and making this the best dealership experience I've ever had!
