I had a vehicle detailed at Farrish Subaru. The customer service in the Service Dept was outstanding, and my vehicle was very clean, with a few missed spots, but overall, great cleaning, outstanding customer service in the Service Dept, esp Aaron.

I was visiting from out of town and struck a shredded tire on the highway breaking a few clips holding up the engine underguard of my ‘20 Subaru Crosstrek. I stopped at Farrish Subaru Express Service where I met Express Service Advisor, Jimmy Soto. He was quick to greet me with a smile and reassure me that he could take care of it and get me back on the road in no time. He delivered excellent service in less than 10 minutes. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend both Jimmy Soto and Farrish Subaru for all of your service needs!

I recently had my 2021 Subaru Outback windshield replaced at Farrish Subaru, and I could not be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. I reached out directly to Service Director Kenny Derrickson, who responded promptly and personally ensured everything was handled correctly. His exceptional professionalism and personal attention made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. Nahum Alvarenga was very helpful. He coordinated the parts, arranged a loaner vehicle, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His attentiveness and care made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Pete completed the windshield replacement and EyeSight recalibration with great care, the car looks and feels as good as new. I have been bringing my Outback to Farrish Subaru for service and this experience has only reinforced my loyalty to this team. I highly recommend Farrish Subaru to anyone looking for honest, professional, and caring service.

Mr. Sotto was thorough and provided excellent service. He delivered as promised and more, he valued my time. As soon as he found out that my car needed a new set of tires, he immediately arranged for a loaner. He explained the work that were due. When I came back to pick up my car, it was also washed. In addition, he gave me a discount and tire rebate which helped a lot! Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my service visit.

I recently had my car serviced at Farrsh Subaru. They did an excellent job and completed the work quickly. My car is a 2013 model and they keep it in great condition.

Had car in for regular maintenance. The service was performed timely and at a fair price. I was kept informed of progress. Additionally, I was given complete answers to my questions regarding optional services recommended by the service department. I'll be back for service in the future.
