We have our Subarus serviced at Farrish. We have been treated fairly every time we use their services. The work is done right the first time, the cost is reasonable, and we are kept informed of the status of the work by the service rep. I can't imagine ever wanting to have service on our Foresters done by anyone else but Farrish Subaru.

This is the second time purchasing from this dealership.
This is the second time purchasing from this dealership. Price was reasonable and customer service was excellent. The sales rep Sean Ali was accommodating and patient and Roxanne from Finance was transparent with the costs. Again, customer service at this dealership is excellent at all aspects including the service department. Will go to this dealership again should I need to purchase another vehicle.

I am especially pleased with Farrish Subaru. I am an 80 year old single female with no children. I need all the help I can get when it comes to servicing my car. Farrish Subaru provides that special kind of family like help for me, They listen to my concerns, do a complete diagnostic testing of my car, and have the technicians examine and then advise me of repairs. I am presently driving a 2017 Forester. Farrish Subaru keeps my car in great shape. I never have to worry about what I should do next. I am always confident that my car will take me where I need to go. Thank you Farrish Subaru.

The Farrish Subaru service team is excellent.
The Farrish Subaru service team is excellent. My Service Manager, Jimmy Soto, thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made suggestions on items to watch, without applying any pressure to correct immediately. He also reminded me of my warranty status and things to look out for while under warranty.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had the most frustrating experience at this Subaru dealership. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The sales staff was dismissive and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting any customers. After finally getting someone’s attention, they provided little to no information about the cars I was interested in. When it came time to discuss pricing, there were hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. To top it off, the vehicle I wanted wasn’t even ready for a test drive, despite claiming it was available online. The cherry on top was the manager, who was completely unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. This dealership lacks professionalism and basic customer service skills. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car-buying needs. This place is a nightmare!
