It's nice dealing with the person who can make final decisions. When I wanted to shop around for my SUV, most managers will not negotiate with you. They send you to salespeople who waste your time. I had a price in mind and Brett made it a very quick and smooth transaction. He was able to hook me up with an awesome deal, and always got back to me when I had questions or concerns! Having purchased several cars in my lifetime, I have to say that this was a much different experience. Also I have never done a lease and I had a lot of questions about it and was given complete and honest answers without just giving me all the positive reasons. From the moment I arrived on the lot to begin looking at automobiles I was greeted by Christopher Black and he assisted me through the entire process. Christopher along with everyone else was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. The team was very helpful to me throughout the different parts of the leasing process. On top of that, I was leasing for my business, so that always makes things a little more interesting. Needless to say, after a short time getting all the paperwork together, I was off and away with my butt in my first Mercedes-Benz.
