I needed to go in for a service fix that Kia called me for. I was greeted and treated amazing and I was in and out quick. It was a great experience!

Service is always great never have issues with service the only Issue I have had is with the receptionist Heather if she is going to be a direct line for service in dealing with the customer she needs to learn to pretend better to show care and concern for the customers.

Service was good as always. My only complaint is that my windshield fluid wasn’t topped off like normal, but there were several things my car needed this time around. It wasn’t a big deal. Amanda and Barbara were candid and helpful like they always are!

Barbara Sandusky is AWSOME as well as the service department. At no notice got me in for oil change and service. If I need help, you can bet I will call Barbara!
